I have stayed at this hotel for years. It is going down hill fast. Room had tape peeling off the Ceiling. AC was very noisy but it did cool. Rate of $90.00 for this hotel is way too high. Breakfast was your standard stuff. Breakfast area is way too small and crowded. Time to find another hotel.

Conveniently located close to the freeway, but ask for a room away from the highway. Bed not comfortable, springs squeaked and it was too soft. Ceiling in bathroom had mold and tub had a hole knocked out of it. Hot food on breakfast bar was cold. Would not stay here again.

We stayed May 28-30. Our room 217 (suite) had multiple malfunctions. The shower head sprayed out of the pipe, the bathroom door would not shut and the room was dirty. The hotel moved us to room 317 (suite), which was appropriate. In room 317 the toilet swayed back and forth, smelled of smoke, and the wall paper was peeling off....

Don't book on the mobile app!! a majority of the rooms are all smoking. they would not and corporate would not give a refund for someone that made an error and booked the ONLYroom left, that was smoking. We did not see that!! the agent at the hotel on the phone that night didn't clarify or confirm any bit of...

Stayed here on March 24 & 25, 2016. In hometown cleaning property to ready for sale and moved to hotel at end of stay. Hotel next to Walmart, and fast food. Larry's Pizza and Wall of China restaurant are both good. Check in lady courteous and efficient. Used my military ID. Room was comfortable and fairly clean. Bed was comfortable....

It's easy to spot from the interstate and about a half hour drive from Hot Springs, Arkansas. On race dates, the hotels in Hot Springs are fully booked, so this site can be used as an alternative. I had a king bedroom which was ample in size priced at $99. We were unable to set the thermostat to get cooler...

Stopped here after seeing it from I-30 during a heavy downpour. Check in and out was very efficient, even though our check out was at 2:45 AM. Bed was relatively comfortable even for someone with major back issues. Can't comment on the free breakfast as we were long gone before that opened up. One thing I would suggest is to...

It's easy to get to directly off the I30 and quite O.K for a good nights rest but for the age of the hotel ( quite new) it is looking a bit tired and shoddy already. Our room could have done with a really good deep clean and the bathroom silicon around the tiles was grotty. Our evening receptionist was...

This was a quick 10 hour stay just to sleep but I must say how impressed I was with how clean the room was. I booked the room in advance due to the location between point A and point B and when we first pulled up I was a little skeptical about what the room was going to look like......

Avoid at all costs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were water stains from leaks all over the ceiling and walls and the shower was dirty. The room also looked like it hadn't been given a good cleaning for some time. I also noticed the water in the pool was green. Needless to say I did not even...
