We didn't know what to expect from the last comments on this hotel, some very good, some very bad both on tripadvisor and booking. We decided to go because of the overall good rating on booking. We spent 14 days there, and everything was OK: large room, comfortable bedding, all facilities in good conditions (seems to have been repainted here...

This hotel was very isolated from everything so if you want to just stay at one place this is good for you. There are NO SHOPS anywhere that you can go to and no ATM. The hotel has it's own little market where you can buy the essentials but thats it. They offer a ride on a shuttle bus to...

i stayed here 3 times total. the resort hits luxury, although it is not perfectly maintained and not so new. a wonderful retreat, which brings the negative of being away from stores and less pricey restaurants. great deals can be found in accomodation, but the restaurant makes it up for the hotel budget... i believe just a fresh coconut turns...

We stayed in the hotel in the end of February. Unfortunately, the hotel was a disappointment. It is a 3 stars hotel that needs to be redecorated! We had 2 ground floor rooms with garden view. The rooms were rather spacious, but with a stale, moldy smell! The furniture in the rooms was old, linen rather grayish and old. The...

We travelled as a couple in march 2017 and stayed in a deluxe room, sea view. The hotel itself is beautiful, well located (a little bit far from the centre of Ao Nang), and has stunning views over the beach and the nearby islands. The room was clean and spacious, the view was perfect. The AC worked just fine and...

On the whole this place is very good. Good pools, beachfront restaurant is idyllic (although staff awareness isn't fantastic - some training would sort this) Room 621 is spot on, deluxe Jacuzzi seaview, waking up to the view was great. Surrounding external areas do need a lick of paint. 600bht to Ao Nang from the taxi sat outside. (500 from...

I was impressed by the sunset view, however, the hotel is not that we expected. Aircon is working too loud and everything is very old. Do not take the cheapest standard (it's 1 room without balcony). Suggest to walk to the beach and you will find better places for dining.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our Thai tour and it was the worst possible choice. It left me with a bitter taste of my last few days in Thailand. The first thing that hits you is the strong stench in the reception/lobby area. It smells of damp, moldy something. When it rains that terrible...

If you are considering Tubkaek it's because you want a quiet private beach....so you will pay for that! But it's worth it for a couple days! It's true the taxi is 600 one way to town! And the price for food and drinks is outrageous for Thailand....minimum 300 per Thai dish plus 10% service charge plus 7%VAT The resort is...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort invites you to experience our little piece of private paradise where the sky meets the endless sea. A cluster of villas cascade through verdant gardens, sloping down to the shore and looking out on the dramatic Hong Islands speckled in the cerulean Andaman Sea. High grey-shingled roofs pepper the line of sight, gables arched into lotus bud sculptures - the Buddhist symbol of purity - setting a peaceful undertone for the resort experience. In the Building Wing, architectural elements reference the mosques of traditional nearby communities, paying symbolic respect to the cultural harmony that defines this stunning region of the Thai Kingdom. ... more   less
