Awesome KOA, not far from downtown Memphis. Curt and Cindy are awesome hosts and owners. Campground very well cared for. An added bonus, they offer BBQ sandwiches with or without beans and coleslaw, for a very moderate price. And not, is it good!! Curt smokes the pork for 2 days, which gives that extra special flavor. Cindy is famous for...

I concur with all others' comments about highway noise and RR train noise. However, they have earned my 4 star rating because of their unbelievable customer care... We stayed during our spring break at the end of March and this area was about to be hit with 70mph storms and wind. While my family and I were downtown in Memphis,...

We camp here for a night once a year on our way to Texas. We only use the electric hookup and the campground restrooms which are good. This year for the first time KOA Memphis has a service with a limited menu where you can order a sandwich/evening meal and have it delivered to your camper. We ordered barbecue sandwiches...

Was not impressed with this campground. Cable tv didn't work, went to office to let them know, office closed at 6:00. Internet didn't work, low water pressure, spaces too close together. Glad we only stayed 1 night. Would not return

We had stayed at this KOA last year, we had the same issues others have written. Namely narrow site, not easy to get in with 43 ft coach ... noisy from railroad and interstate. All in all it wasn't bad enough to not stay again. This year, Oct. 2016, I made online reservations to stay one night. I received a...

This was our first stay at this KOA; we stayed 5 nights. There were some things that we thought were very good and some that could use improvement. Good: - Large, fenced dog park (estimated at 35 x 42ft). There was also a fair amount of space to walk dogs. - BBQ: they offer some homemade BBQ for purchase--smoked for...

Clean, level sites, close to Memphis, friendly staff. Easy on and off highway access. Fuel and gas station close by. Big rig friendly. Sis not try the restaurant but rhe menus look good. Plenty of grass to walk your pets. Small dog park for off leash playing. We will stop again.

We were travelling through and stayed here for 1 night. We arrived way later than planned but was relatively easy to find and get to our spot. The spots were level and wide. The breakfast they served was good and I was so glad to not have to cook. The staff was very friendly and they even had a pet...

We've stopped at this KOA for many years on our way to and from destinations. Easy access; cable and wifi. Friendly staff. They offer food for purchase (pulled pork tonight) as well as breakfast in the morning. Great after a long day on the road when you don't want to cook Great "Journey" KOA!

A well run and clean KOA, easy to maneuver pull thru's, extremely receptive to pets and very helpful staff reception personnel You must bring your own transportation if you are going to Bealle street or rely on very expensive taxi service. Excellent breakfast served in the cafe and a charming cook, too
