Just came back from our 8 days stay at the Grand Resort with a whole loud of positive emotions! I would give this hotel 5 star for customer servise, food and facility! Each guest at the hotel has a concierge servise, a dedicated person that solves all your requests, ours was Carolina Perez, an outstanding personality, responds to any request within seconds, and answered any questions we had. She would shedule our COVID-19 test, reserve restaurants for us, we had some minor issue with coffee maker, she put in a request to replace, after the problem was fixed, we would get a call from the lobby to confirm if the problem was resolved. Again, never seen such a quick response from a customer service department in any hotel. Rooms were new, specious and modern looking. Regarding food: i am a very picky eater due to health issues, but even i could find a plenty of food choices. There are 5 restaurants around the whole facility, but we loved the buffet so much, that mostly ate there. Also, water park for kids is outstanding, me and my husband had a lot of fun there too. There are many pools and slides for different age categories. We spend most of the day there. Beach was nice too. At night there was some classical performers, we just wished there were more active music, but i guess it depends on one preference. To summarize, we definitely come back again.…
I loved it! It's an excellent hotel with lots of amenities and very, very quiet and very clean, rooms with their own jacuzzi, the perfect place to rest and enjoy the sun, beach, some drinks, and pools. The restaurants are great; you can have sushi, Japanese, Dominican, Latino, seafood, and international food. But what is outstanding is the service, the staff is professional and caring. I will go back once the virus goes away. Me encantó! My family and I didn't know what to expect especially with Covid these days. We had the time of our lives. Amazing Resort with so much to offer. I would recommend working with Praxedes as your concierge agent. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
The Meliá Punta Cana is a marvellous experience. The rooms big and with all services. The Concierge Álvaro, always ready. The food delicious! Only bad thing, to be improved: thr wine selection. We will return back for sure.
My family and I had a wonderful time at the Grand Reserve. We were hesitant to travel but all the safety measures they took made us all feel comfortable. The staff is so kind and friendly. They truly enjoy what they do. A special thanks to Kenya who helped us coordinate all the details on the trip and to Denny who took care of everything we needed! I highly recommend staying here.
