Our group stayed at this hotel, it was conveniently located, everything we needed was within walking distance. The views across the valley are just beautiful. Couldn't fault a thing in our very large room. Breakfast was well catered, so would definitely recommend.

I spent 1 night in Coyhaique. El Reloj is a hotel, but there cabanas also that they can offer. I stayed in a cabana (2 minutes walking from the hotel building). There was a big window in the cabin and that was the most attractive part of eat. Otherwise it is basic. The hostess is wonderful, very caring. Breakfast, included,...

El Reloj has friendly owners, an excellent restaurant, and is within a short walk of the town center. On site parking. Have stayed 4 times over the past few years and will again on our next trip. Rooms in the back facing the Rio Coyhaique valley are our favorite.

A friend recommended this place as a last-minute option when my reservation at another hotel got messed up. Coyhaique has got very expensive, and $100 seemed like a lot to pay for a nice but not spectacular place. But the room was fine, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast choices were pretty good. Conveniently located on Avenida Baquedano.

We booked this place because our original preferred location was unavailable. We were 4 fly fishers from California on our 3rd trip to Cohaique. We booked 4 rooms through Agoda Travel that were "credit card guaranteed". We booked through Agoda because, when we called El Reloj directly, 1.5 months in advance, we were told to do just that - they...

My family was very comfortable here when we stayed for the better part of a week. You can tell there have been several additions to the building over the years, but that adds to the charm. The lobby has a cozy fireplace with plush armchairs for reading. The restaurant has excellent food and attentive service, with maybe only 6 tables...

The restaurant in this hotel is WONDERFUL, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable, and soft. One of the owners spoke English, so there were no issues with communication for a non-Spanish speaking traveller. I would stay here again, however, the wi-fi wasn't working in my room. I had wi-fi everywhere else that had...

The best in Coyhaique! The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful- with REAL coffee. I have been staying here for years, have tried other places in the area, but keep coming back because of the amazing service, attention to detail, friendly staff and like I said- real coffee in the morning.

We decided to splurge on a hotel room our last night in the region and after 6 nights in hostals of varying quality, we really really enjoyed staying at El Reloj. The rooms were very clean and had wifi. Their staff spoke English and cheerfully opened our bottle of wine and provided glassware and cocktail ice for us to take...

Restaurant is best feature, with excellent steaks. Buffet style breakfast very good. Bathrooms are modern. Floors squeak and bed frames move. Nice view from rear of Hotel. Red wine not served by the glass, only by bottle. Free off road parking. WiFi good. Friendly staff and easy access on foot to the confluence of two rivers and town centre. Stayed...
