My travel agent suggested I stay at this eco-hotel. The views from my guest room, the bar, the dining room, were simply stunning. And there are walking trails on the hotel grounds. One takes about an hour; the second trail down to the Pacific is two hours round trip. I had full board and all day tours. Delicious food, interesting tours and very friendly staff. Also had a first rate massage. If I were staying longer than four nights, I would have rented a car. The hotel is isolated and although it is a beautiful place, I would feel too confined to be there very long without a car.

We checked out of our hotel in Punta Varas as it was noisy and poor then found this hotel on line. It was just magical for nature lovers. So quiet, spectacular views and the best food in Chile. Staff were amazing. Loved the outdoor hot tub too

Recently stayed here as part of a trip to Chiloe. Beautiful setting and facilities. The location is only about 20 minutes from Castro, but a world away. The gravel road for the last 2 km is a little challenging (hilly, curvy, one lane), but one you are here, the hotel is beautiful. Smaller rooms, but well appointed. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which was very delicious.

Quiet picturesque location in the hills of Rilan peninsula. It is about a 20-30 minute drive from Caatro so you will need a car. Rustic wooden construction and interiors have a log cabin charm. The balconies back onto each other so sitting outside you can see your neighbor come out. Rooms get quite cool at night and you have to ask for heating and wifi to be turned on. The rooms are very small especially considering the wide open spaces in the island of Chiloe, everything felt a little cramped. The restaurant was good but not inclusive and you get charged for little extras like water not included on a fixed price menu ( you had to chose between glass of wine or water). Quite expensive for what you get in terms of size of rooms, privacy, amenities, change of linen etc. Maybe it was because the price seemed to double during peak period of New Years, but during normal season you probably get what you pay for.

We appreciate your opinion and that you have chosen us for your stay in Chiloé. The recommendation of having a car it is very important, since the island has beautiful places to travel and get to know. A car gives greater freedom to mobilize, however, the hotel offers shuttle service and excursions in its full board program and for those who want to hire these services as additional. For those who are planning a trip to Chiloé it is important that they know that the high season began on December 1 and runs until February 29 (summer vacation period), so it is assumed the rates will be higher than the rest of the year , however we offer promotional rates during the summer, depending on the date of stay...ask for the Best available Rate for : Bed and breakfast, Half Board and Full Board programe!! For those looking for economy in Chiloé there are several alternatives for accommodation, some cheaper which also differs in the service and facilities of each. Hotel Parque Quilquico is a sustainable hotel, located 18 km from Castro, characterized by good service, good cuisine, in the middle of nature and facing the Dalcahue canal. ... What better than that to enjoy Chiloé!
