We stayed at Yulia's after reading about it in the LP guidebook. We'd check a couple of other places along the way and they all seemed much of a muchness, so we chose to stick with Yulia's as we were there. The good points: 1) the view from the balcony actually over the water - stunning 2) the location for...

We rented two snorkle sets at Yulia's. Before we went in the water the guy said if they are leak you can switch them. So we went in the water, after 30 seconds i noticed my snorkle leaked. So i braught it back to get a new one. The guy was looking for two minutes and then choosed the best...

We had come to ask one of the staff to reserve a bungalow on the sea for the next day ,for which the person mentioned it was fine and that the check in was from noon. The next day after packing all our bags we arrive at Julias and the staff whom we spoke to just arrived by boat with...

Yulia's was recommended to me by someone I met on the ferry from Banda Aceh. To get to Yulia's, you pass every other bungalow provider in Iboih, so you can check some others to see if you like them. I was told that other places have issues with water - Yulia's has fresh water, while some other places have saltwater...

Thought behind this review title is that to inform you that not all of local people will welcome you that warm if you are local tourist. What you should keep in mind once you go travel to Aceh/Sabang – the local people will treat you differently with nonlocal tourist. I didn’t say that local people in Yulia didn’t differentiate you...

The last guesthouse you can reach. Rooms, service & foods are okay. The restaurant's location though is very nice, with a large deck with several lazy chairs - to spoil you with beach relaxation - directly on the beach facing the sea & Rubiah island.Only a few step down the stairs to start the snorkeling, right to the beach. It...

We stayed here for one out of the four nights we were in Pulau Weh. It was recommended to someone we met in Bukit Lawang. After a very long walk to the end of the bungalows, we arrived at Yulia's. At first glance it was beautiful! We got one of the original bungalows right on the water. The balcony was...

We've stayed at Yulia's for 3 nights. We had a bungalow with private bathroom situated above the water (200.000 a night), which has an amazing view. The bungalow itself is very basic though and doesn't feel clean, due to the fact that everythings a bit worn down. Shower was cold & water was salty. Next to Yulia's there is amazing...

We stayed there for 7 nights, had a cool time. But the rooms where primitive, but everbody is friendly in ibioh Beach and they have pretty decent food. A bit overpriced and 200.000 for a Night even for 7 nights, but Else we had no complaints. Nice snorkling Rights off the Beach.

The place need maintenance! The boys.at the reception telling everyone different romm rates. The houses with shared facilities are shaking when you move or the wind blows, even nr. 11 was scary. Old smelling hammocks. Wholes in the bottom of the balcony. Facilities horrible, never been cleaned. Salty water for shower or no water at all but this is an island thing. We...

“Accept the shortcomings, enjoy tasty local food and the view from the terrace, and don´t let them do your laundry. In low season you should get a waterfront bungalow for less than 100rb if you stay longer. Don´t be shy to haggle!”
