I would love to do it again. We enjoyed cooking a nice meal and the fireplace. There was a hot tub that was clean and private at our cabin that I relaxed in each night. I hope to go back in the future.

Stayed here on mini vacation to turkey hunt and fish everyone was super nice and can't beat the atmosphere but room was not worth what it cost per night. Not bad just over priced for what you get. Restaurant was not very good staff was nice but service was not good and food was not very good either. So we...

Staff was friendly, condo was lovely. Just perfect for us. Views are minimal, but the location was nice. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Beds comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Highly recommended.

The trip was amazing. We stayed in Cabin 10 for the first time and it was beautiful and relaxing. Mountain Harbor has always seemed like a home away from home, and this trip didn't disappoint. We love Mountain Harbor!!

We had a couples getaway. Everything was perfect. The condo was spacious, cozy, and well furnished. There was plenty to keep us occupied during our visit. While the boys went canoeing, the girls spent the day at the Turtle Cove Spa getting pampered from head to toe. We will deffinatly be returning, and would recommend Mountain Harbor to anyone.

A getaway with family is always nice but here it was especially nice. Great view of the lake from our own deck. The hot tub on the deck was a bonus enjoyed by all. The staff was friendly and most helpful and to top it off the restaurant was amazing and the staff extremely kind and accommodating.

I go to this region every year for the Ouachita Challenge and we've stayed everywhere - Oden, Hot Springs, Mt Ida, etc. This by far was the best place to bring my family. The two kids had a blast and we had a really private huge house to enjoy with all the amenities of the resort.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Mountain Harbor Resort and Spa, with Lake Ouachita's premiere Arkansas cabins, has been proudly owned and operated by the Barnes family since 1955, when Hal Barnes found a beautiful harbor in the newly formed Lake Ouachita, just under the gentle sweep of Hickory Nut Mountain. His vision for his "mountain harbor" lives on under the ownership and management of his son, Bill Barnes, and his son, Chris, and daughter, Stephanie, who are both integral in the operations. Just a thirty minute drive west from Hot Springs, this premier Arkansas resort, offers Lake Ouachita's most luxurious cabins and cozy lake view guest rooms, an elite fleet of rental boats, services and fuel through Mountain Harbor's Marina, houseboat rentals, lake view dining at the Lodge Restaurant and three sparkling swimming pools. Weddings, group meetings and family reunions find exceptional staff and service in our lake side conference and wedding venues. You can access miles of hiking, biking, and wandering at Mountain Harbor Resort on the popular LOViT (Lake Ouachita Vista Trail). Nearby, Mount Ida, just 12 miles down the road boasts a friendly, small-town personality and is famed as the quartz crystal capitol of the world!Camp Ozark is also a short 21 miles away. Golf courses, museums, canoeing, Arkansas' only theme park, Magic Springs, the entire Tri-Lake's area, and a host of yearly events and activities are within an hour's drive. From our family to yours, we welcome you! ... more   less
