Lovely facility in a quite setting to escape for a few days. Spacious rooms with private large bathrooms. Scenic views from every window and porch. We saw deer by the pond. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and visiting with the innkeepers. Planned our next visit before leaving!

Have been to this B&B on several occasions during the last few years. We always enjoyed fishing in the pond, the beautiful scenery, & breakfast. To our surprise & amazement this time we were asked not to pray at the breakfast table, but "to keep it to ourselves". We have prayed before every meal ever since we were married. It... More

This place is so wonderful and relaxing. The owners are so welcoming and warm and the home is so beautiful.Seems like it is modeled after a Victorian era home with a beautiful lake out front. We watched the sun set behind the mountains from our room. We stayed in the Sewing Room and it was very with a claw foot... More

I had the pleasure of staying at Country Oaks. It was a wonderful experience. The B&B is beautiful and relaxing. It is conveniently located off Hwy 9. Carole and Jerry are wonderful hosts. They are helpful but not intrusive We stayed in the Grandma room in the Carriage House. The room was large and very clean. There was a great view... More

We loved how welcoming the hosts were. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave some recommendation for supper. The location was fairly close driving distance from downtown Mountain View. The breakfast was bountiful with plenty to chose from. The pets, however did a number on my allergies.

Can't say enough good things about the wonderful experience we had staying at the Country Oaks B&B. It was a wonderful place, with great room accommodations, outstanding food and tremendously warm and wonderful hosts. The grounds are awesome, with an opportunity to take morning hikes to prepare the appetite for the great breakfast. We just loved everything about this place.... More

This place has the potential for a better rating. The property and homes are beautiful (although the houses are not well maintained). We watched deer cross over from the lake and across the yard in the morning. What's missing is the warmth and hospitality we expect when staying at a B&B. If you are not a fan of sharing the... Lovely accommodations, divine breakfast, warm and friendly couple who own the bed and breakfast. I felt as though we were visiting friends. The rooms were very large , the bed extremely comfortable and the appointments in the room were warm and welcoming. The grounds were relaxing and had we stayed longer would have enjoyed more of available amenities. I would... More

This is a very nice place to stay when visiting Mountain View. It is not in town, but it just on the edge of it. It is a large property with extensive grounds and a lake in front. The house itself is very nice, with large well-appointed rooms and furniture. We stayed in the Carriage House, and it is equally... More
