This hotel is amazing! It is conveniently located at the entrance of Petra site. The room we were granted was in one of the outside aisles, very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely kind and warm. I absolutely loved the terrace with its magical atmosphere at night and its live band animation, and BBQ. We had access to...

After the super-tiresome walk at Petra, we thanked the heavens that we were staying at the Petra Guest House-which shares the wall with the Petra entrance gate. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Room service was also very good. On the negatives, they do not have Free Wi-Fi. They charge 1 Dinar (~100 INR) for an hour. The food...

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast - not too many jordanian dishes though. It's super close to the petra visitor center. The rooms with terrace have a beautiful view during the day and night. Would definitely recommend it.

I and my husband stayed in Petra Guest House for 2 nights last November 2015 when we visited Jordan. The Hotel is good with beautiful view of the mountains around. It is just beside the entrance of Petra, which is very good because after a long walk at the Red-Rose City, you don't have to walk farther.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a week long tour of Jordan, The highlight of course - two days in Petra. The location of this hotel is a godsend after you have walked into, around and back out of Petra. The walk out of Petra is deceptively tiring in the afternoon heat, and the sight of the hotel...

The first impression at arrival is wow!!! The façade is beautiful. When you step into the hotel, you are greeted by X-Ray and metal detector.... The receptionists are ok, managing quite reasonably English. I was quite disappointed when an information given by them, turned out not to be true.... The restaurant setting is quite good, but the food is ordinary....

The hotel is the nearest you can be at the entrance of Petra. The visitor centre is 25 meters away where you buy your entrance ticket (open at 6:30) The hotel has breakfast at 6:30, would have preferred earlier because I wanted to enter Petra at that time but anyways I was the first to enter. Breakfast is ok, nothing...

Pros - BIG Pro is the location. After two full days of hiking and climbing it was wonderful to be at the hotel in a matter of steps from the entrance. - Good food. We had two morning buffets and one night buffet. Both were good food. The buffet was not available on one of the mornings. When asked why...

This place is superb - well located with courteous staff and well trained staff and comfortable accommodations at the foot of the Petra archeological site . The food was a bit on the bland side. Would return.
