On our honeymoon we got a room with to separate beds and a baby bed. The hotel was not full, but after complaining by the reception the answer was, we our fully booked so no solution. Staff was terrible and arrogant. Didn't care for the customers and the room was dirty.

This is my favourite hotel in Jordan. The usual five star amenities are included. The best bit is that it is just a stone's throw away from the famous archaeological site so you can just go there over and over again.

It's a very nice hotel when you traveled to visit such a historic places, very quite, only you fined international tourists that come to this hotel to see the place, two days is to much to spend there or you will feel pouring. Staff is good enough to help.

The Crowne Plaza (aka Petra Guest House), is a large and pleasant hotel immediately adjacent to the entrance of the ancient city of Petra. In terms of location it is ideal for Petra access, which was our main reason for visiting Wadi Musa. It is less than 1 minute walk to the entrance booth. The rooms were clean and very...

Stayed here with friends and had an overall good experience. We had sea view rooms so had to walk back to the main building for breakfasts which were lovely. The chef was great fun. On site was a Lebanese restaurant which served good food. The SPA and pool were lovely. Not much to do outside of the resort so slap...

The name is a bit confusing as it is also called Petra Guest House which convenes the idea of a small and charming hotel! The hotel which has about 80 rooms is ideally situated at the entrance of Petra site. The rooms are clean, spacious, with A/C ( a must when it is 40 degrees) and the staff very helpful.
