The hotel offers a great view of the Petra landscape indeed but it's a 15 minute drive away from the archaeological site. The rooms are what you expect from an American hotel chain: comfortable & clean, but free wifi is only available in the lobby and restaurant (where they played non stop Greek music the two days we stayed there)....

Dear Guest, I was disappointed to hear about your experience in our hotel. With aspiration to always exceed guest expectations, we have unfortunately fallen short of this goal during your recent stay. Your valued feedback highlighted a number of areas for improvement that I have since shared with our management team, who join me in offering their apologies for their...

We stayed here the night before our trip to Petra. The service was wonderful and we were welcomed warmly. The pool over looks stunning views! There is a small Bedouin tent on site where you can sit and soak up the views. A little further from the Petra site but with a car it is worth being a little further...

This hotel is the place to book when you go to Petra, it has all the qualities of a five star hotel. When I arrived the concierge was very pleasant and I even got internet for free! We got a room with the view to the valley where Petra is located, nothing to wake up to see a beautiful sunrise....

I was really impressed by the hotel. The view is just stunning. The hotel terrasse is the best place to watch sunset over Petra mountains. All the staff is very friendly. Check in was very welcoming. Restaurant staff is very friendly too. However, my check out experience was just disaster. The member of staff who did my checkout was obviously...

A rabbit warren of a hotel with stunning views of the desert and Petra. It may be a little out of the way but its worth it for the views from the pool only. Unfortunately the management is a little lacking. The staff (all male which is a little unsettling for female travellers) are wonderful - helpful and smiling but...

A good hotel with a fantastic outdoor pool and scenic desk overlooking Petra and the vast roughed country side of Jordan. The Hotel is good wit good sized rooms and adequate service. It needs a little love in some places, but on the whole, we could not wish for a better place to stay in Petra.

The hotel was very nice but not as over the top luxurious as Mariott Dead Sea and Amman Jordan. That said, it was very nice, cozy and clean with a fun bar and good food. We only stayed one night. The food was delicious, even my picky kids ate it. We had the traditional Bedouin Mansaf and the buffet style breakfast in the morning was great too. Kids loved the deep pool. The view was AMAZING! Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious enough for a family of four.
