The stuff was nice and friendly, the room was nice and clean. At the beginning it was a little bit cold there but we could you AC to heat it up. The towels seemed to be cleaned but they had stains on it so I didn't use them.

Indeed not a 5 star place, but well organized, clean, friendly, good rooms. Next to it they have a good restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices. Conveniently placed in an area where you find also other good places to eat. Definitely worth it

Basic hotel but friendly staff (who run hotel and restaurant at same time) ! Rooms are quite old and would need refreshment, very basic (no place to hang anything, even towels in the bathroom), bed not so clean and room not very isolated. Breakfast was ok but not much choice.

I really gave this hotel a 3 star because of the friendly service of the employees. These guys were working non-stop and the owner not only has them working in the hotel but also in the restaurant next door. It was odd to see him as a server after he just took our luggage to the

The breakfast start at 6:30 AM till 10:00AM but you can get breakfast box at anytime you want . The breakfast box is great idea

You can find people outside the complex, speak with a few before you choose anyone, I recommend a guided tour for the first day And the second one just go by yourself, if you are in good physical condition, try hiking over the principal buildings... good luck

Hi Barbra, I booked the hotel and then the hotel emailed me. Then I emailed back asking to be picked up from the airport and there was this driver waiting for me. I personally took a taxi (5dinars one way which is expensive for a 2km) from the hotel to Petra entrance and walked myself everywhere. I watched a PBS documentary about Petra and another from National Geographic and I was good to go. Have fun!!

The hotel could arrange this, ask around for prices, there are taxi touts opposite the entrance to the Petra visitor centre that can do this also. Always room for haggling!

When we went there in March, it was 75 JOD from the Amman airport to the hotel by taxi. You can contact the hotel by e mail asking how much now.
