Stay here for 2nights + great panorama view of Petra, wide space room, comfy bed, clean, high flow shower water - poor meals(both breakfast and dinner: no filling more food after empty plate), disappointed service, AC not cool at all although set at high and lowest temp-feel like sleep with turn-on the heater, poor quality of towels which is tearing...

The diner was in a near empty dining room, clearly built to host many guests and clearly not having seen the cleaners for a long time. The hotel is a ghost hotel: many rooms with just a few guests and very little staff. The guests we did meet all told us that they hadn’t chosen the hotel themselves, it had...

We stayed one night after our visit to Petra. The views might be good, but the food is aweful. We had both breakfast and dinner here and I am not sure which one was worse. Even the tea and coffee were terrible. The rooms are big, the (huge) beds are comfortable and the shower was fine. I can recommend sleeping...

My photos validate this too generous 1 star rating from our very disappointing stay here. Filthy, mold, the pool shouldn't be mentioned in their listing, bare bulb ceiling lights, the dining area & food (not pics) were no different. Not only did 2 of our 4 family members have gag reflex & napkin spits, so did other guests...at both meals.

Not really 4 star anymore but the staff were helpful, restaurant was plentiful costing about $30JOD for two, basic food but breakfast did power us for a 20km explore of Petra. Rooms were safe and clean and really warm given that Petra can get pretty cold. Faded former glory but did the job in most respects.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. There was a buffet for dinner at a price for $18 that wasn't really food that I was interested in. The hot food was look warm and the staff offered to make me grilled chicken and fries which I should of taken them up on. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, but the...

The hotel has a strange layout but nice clean rooms. Very hospitable staff. Great location with . beautiful view. Food just ok. We were there during Christmas, it was very quiet. The site of Petra is a ten minute drive from the hotel and is phenomenal! Also don't miss the Nebi Mussa spring

Panorama Hotel is very tired and rundown with poor food, appears to be understaffed and lacking in amenities. Finding your way around is very confusing with reception on floor 3. the restaurant on floor 2. You then have to descend to floor 0, follow a winding corridor and take another lift down to the rooms on floors 11, 10, 9,...

Our group stayed here for a night..... and I'm glad it's only for 1 night. Like some of the reviews stated... this hotel is a rundown place. Food was bad... not much varieties on the buffet table... my 1st ever time paying for a buffet dinner with NO water...not even drinking water. Was told that will cost me another US$3...

Our group recently stayed at this hotel. It is a nice hotel but somewhat tired. The rooms were okay. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and bathrooms need some upgrading as they were used/ stained/ chipped/ frayed. WiFi was not too good either.
