The service was impeccable. We were warmly greeted. We left early the next morning and the staff prepared breakfast slightly before 6:00 AM. The view is breathtaking and sitting on the porch was relaxing and inspiring. The bathroom we felt were a little tired and could use updating.

My boyfriend and I were recently in Bwindi for gorilla trekking and we decided to stay at Chameleon Hill. What an absolutely stunning place with wonderful staff. I stayed en route to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The Lodge was an absolute highlight. We arrived after an early morning flight from Kampala (Entebbe) to Kisoro, and were offered breakfast straight away. Over breakfast the manager explained all about the lodge and the options we had for the day. I chose to do a nature walk with Spencer, a local....

A friend and I stayed here for 1 night after we finished up a gorilla trek in Virunga/Volcanoes as we were flying out of Kisoro the next morning. It's a slow 1hr drive on a dirt road from Kisoro that is very windy as it goes around Lake Mutanda and up to the lodge. I suspect if there is much...

The food is incredible and they are flexible on meating dietry requirements. Best of all is the view from the main lodge, looking over the lake. The property is set...

Located on a ridge with quite a slope from the parking lot, to the main lodge and down to the individual cabins, the views were tremendous. Our cabin was cute and just the right size with nice individual touches. The main lodge had a variety of beautiful African masks . . . so two had to wind up purchased and going...

Lovely place to stay and relax. Staff was friendly and food was good. The view is amazing! The whole place is like a fairy tale, so unique and colorful. The only minus comes from the fact, that there was holes in the mosquito nets over the bed.

The views are spectacular. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is A+. Food is excellent...even the boxed lunches they provide while out gorilla trekking! This is an excellent place to stay if you need a place to 'call home' on this side of Bwindi.
