We had booked this hotel in advance. It's quite close to the Dalai Lama temple and is situated on the temple road. Thats the only thing that works for it. The rooms were average. The washroom was bad. There was a perpetual smell in them. Except for towels there's nothing else in the washroom. The sofa in the room was... More

it was my second hotel in the trip. Room's quality was far from its price. Staff was not at all co-operative and friendly. Food quality and service was terrible. go to any hotel but not this one. Highly disappointed. Corridor was filled with smell of smoking even when smoking was prohibited.

This is a decent hotel located close to the Dalai Lama temple. It offers a good view of the mountains and a better view of the valley. During our stay, we had the good fortune of clouds literally coming into the room. This is situated on the main road and hence is easily accessible. the staff is friendly. However, the... More

Below average rooms. Dirty toilets. Stinking blankets. Dampen walls. Worst staff. No food and room service. Manager sitting with torn footwear. Although I booked Super deluxe room for 2 days but changed after the first day and booked some other place. Makemytrip shows parking facility but you have to park in govt parking lot which charges 200 for a day.... More

This is a decent hotel, and it offers a very good view of mountains from its front rooms. Moreover, it's located very close to Dalai Lama Temple, and on busy Temple Road. This makes every thing quite accessible from this hotel. HDFC Bank ATM and Khaana Nirvana and other good eateries are very close by. The Hotel has quite decent... More

We booked 5 rooms in this hotel well in advance of our trip. the rooms weren't clean. The quilt had holes. There was a mini-snake/lizard kind of creature in one of the rooms. When we reported it to the management, the got the room cleaned and in the process, we saw 2 scorpions (yes, you read that right) coming out,... More

Never ever choose to stay at this place. The bed sheets and towels provided are used ones. I have seen them sweeping bathroom floors with the towels. And to add to it, the hotel manager is an uneducated thug, who will come harassing you with his hired goons if you complain.

Overall great experience. Clean rooms and a well functioning heater is all ud expect from a budget hotel. Will recommend to friends and family. Only one thing though. The bathrooms have an opening towards the passage and may lead to potential privacy issues.

The only pro of this hotel is that it is near Buddha Temple. They don't clean towels, pillows, bathrooms. Staff is not supportive. They don't have parking. Food was not of good quality. They mentioned many items in menu. But most of them were unknown to chefs(whether they are employed or not). So my experience was bad.
