USP is the location, ie on main road and just opp Rani Kamlapati Railway station. Rooms are ok, Food is also good and overall a supportive Front desk. Shall recommend this Hotel for future stay. Break fast and Dinner was good. for Dinner they have fixed Thali (no buffet)
This hotel is good and equipped with required amenities, rooms are ok and has good location on main road. The food was very good, specially chicken curry was too much tasty, and The most important is supportive and helpful front desk staff. Claps for the front desk staff for their pleasant behavior. Good Job Anamika! Thanks Alok
I stayed here for 3 days. Room size is small. But comfortable. Staff here are very cooperative and well trained. Food Quality is good. Centrally located in Bhopal. Just opposite to Habibganj Railway station.
First point is the location it is just next to the Habibgunj railway station and 1km from ISBT. great welcome by reception team. Room are really really comfortable. Food is also really good. 90/100 marks
The stay was comfortable, staff very courteous and helpful. Food was very good. Breakfast buffet is average. Doesn’t have a bar ! Only that room sizes are small, but if you’re ok with that, rest everything was good.
Pros: Location: the location is one of the plus point. It is close to most of the tourist places in Bhopal. Decor: the decor is good Air conditioner: it is pretty efficient Cons: Service: not all of the hotel staff is cooperative and professional.vthe service is slow. We had asked for extra hangers and they just gave us after 1 hour WiFi: the WiFi is limited to specific MBs which is not sufficient at all if you are tourist and requires unique password per person which is extremely irritating. Everytime you have to ask the staff for new password. Quality of the toiletories: the quality is not up to the mark. The packaging and content looks cheap and not as per 4 star standard. Not sure why the hotel has tried to save such a small amount on that Quality of decor: the room becomes suffocating if you have not booked a window room. Also the bed was fairly comfortable. To our surprised the wall color had come out and one of the tile of the floor was broken. Overall small changes can be made to make it a very good hotel…
The hotel is located right in front of Habibganj Railway Station. Getting around the city from here is pretty easy, as the Road connectivity is decent and quite improved and organised to an extent in the city. Getting to Bhojpur to the famous shiv temple is only a 30 minute drive Going down to Bhimbetka rocks or just an hour drive Coming to amenities in the hotel, its FAST. The room service is perfect and never saw the food arrive so quickly. The room service is Lightnin fast. The other Amenities provided are as usual at all 4 star hotels and moreover they even had umbrellas, something missing at important hotels As well. If it's raining or sunny you can use them Overall a decent place to stay and quite even though you are next to the station where you can barely hear the engine honking . …
Here is all you need to know about this hotel and see if it yes worth it for you: UPSIDE: 1. Location: Most trains in Bhopal stop at Habibgunj railway station. This hotel is across the street of railway entrance. So an early train/late night travel is just completely doable. 2. Location 2: If your are traveling nearby places such as Sanchi, you might want to take a Zoom car(most cost effective), and these car parking is exactly opposite this hotel. 3. Licatoon 3: Within bhopal, is best to take a bike or scooter on rent if you are planning to take a easy maneuver. Again three most used services of scooty rental are within 1 min walk of this place. 4. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness and hotel rooms are okay (except the 110, 210 series because those rooms have a crooked design and you will be super uncomfortable in bathroom and room). The bathroom design in other rooms is okay, and so is overall things. 3. The staff responds quickly to room service. And the food is okey (note you are paying just around 2 k for this) DOWNSIDE: 1. Staff training : The hotel is recovering from really bad reviews during 2014 and 2015. That was the time when staff was too rude. It has improved and they understand they need to cooperate with clients, but it seems are a bit rustic in doing so. So a bit of lack of professionalism, but that is not inhibitive if you are mostly out to travel 2. Bed and basic toiletries: the quality of bed is average. I wish they spent a little more on the pillows and bed mattresses. You can sleep but it could have been better 3. Sound: If you are someone who is very very finicky about sounds while sleeping, you might get a bit of difficulty to go to sleep due to noise of trains. But that's the trade-off between having a good location My impression: Spending 2k per night with breakfast for 2, I think it delivered the value. …
Let me first say that this hotel was chosen for my colleagues and myself as part of a trip throughout India. I read TA and looked through the reviews and the photos. I felt that we were going to be in for a nice stay. All I can say that I am not sure where these other reviewers were staying our why we had such differing views of the same place. Let me start with the positive: -Breakfast was included for us and I was able to find more than enough with the choices provided. -The AC worked quite well which was nice as it was warm when we stayed there. -We were provided 2L of bottled drinking water each day of our stay. -The room was clean as well as the bedding. Things that could be improved: -The check in process was horrible for 3 non-Indian people and took quite some time. The man checking us in was also quite rude about the whole process. He insisted if we didn't want to wait we could leave our passports with him and he would return them upon completion. For the record I do not let my passport leave my sight. -The smell in the hallway was putrid. I would hold my breath until I got to my room as to not breathe it in. -The level of noise was more than I have had in Mumbai, Dehli, Kolkata or Jaipur. It sounded like I was sleeping on the road. Ensure that you have ear plugs to get a decent night sleep. -Had to request the heat to be turned on to the geyser in order to get a hot shower. This isn't a huge deal, but just an inconvenience overall. Overall, I would have to say that I would not stay again. I don't have experience with other Bhopal hotels, so this might actually be one of the better ones.…
Good location just opposite habibgunj station. Staffs are good and helpful. Newly made and well maintained. Food was good. Rooms are specious and very nicely maintained. Communication from this hotel was a very easy. I had a nice stay there
