Terrible hotel. Unclean, appalling service. Toilet fittings don’t work. They don’t give towels . Please avoid at any cost. It is better to stay in the footpath than in this hotel. The breakfast was unhygienic and served in a very unvlean way. The rooms and the tables were never cleaned.

Our experience at Hubstreet Hotel-Bhopal, was the stuff that horror travel stories are made up of. Let me enumerate it point by point. 1) The bookings were done for a twin sharing basis. What we got were single occupancy rooms being passed of as twin occupancy. Thus, we were forced to share a single bed , which was clearly meant for one person. Initially the staff was reluctant to provide even an extra blanket. After a lot of arguments, a few unwashed blankets were handed out very grudgingly. 2) The bathrooms were not clean, and the toilet seats had no cover. 3) The person at the reception desk( at around 4 pm on Jan 25th) was very unhelpful and had absolutely no problem solving skills In fact I would go so far as to say he has no right to be in the Hospitality business. 4) The room I got had not even been cleant up after the previous occupant had vacated it. Unmade beds, dirty used cups and glasses, messy bathroom -this was the sight that greeted us when we entered the room. There was a lot more that was wrong with the hotel, but to sum it up:If you want a pleasant experience when visiting Bhopal, then Hubstreet Hotel is definitely not the place to stay. They did not give me the room for early check in even after prior confirmation. Extremely poor commitment from the hotel end. I am a regular traveler and have never faced such issues with any hotel I generally stay in.

No greet at all They provided small room even I had booked premium room. They said the small room is premium one. No sports channel in tv . Location was ok room was clean but small bed, small almirah no miNi bar in the room Please don't book premium room in the Photos attached of premium room according to hotel which is different from make my trip

Newly opened decent property. Nice spacious rooms, good interior, cleanliness, very cooperative staff, fast service, good breakfast. Overall, it was a nice stay. Location a bit off but overall had a pleasant stay.

We booked two rooms with Hubstreet hotel for 1 day. The staff was nice. The service was satisfactory. The hotel is close to railway station. So no worries about staying for a short trip. The only issue was one of the rooms was provided in a corner and it had fungus on walls.

This is pretty well designed hotel located in MP Nagar of Bhopal. The location is pretty close to Railway station as well as ISBT and can be easily located on Google Maps. Check-In process was OK but after that everything was pathetic. Lift of the hotel didn't work for 3 days and instead we had to use Service Lift which was smelling like anything. On top of that a bag full of used bathroom tissues were left next to the service lift for our warm welcome. There were multiple service issues from time of check-in till the check out. Ordered a cup of tea and sandwich and i couldnt take more thn 2 bites or a single sip. Morning breakfast served was average but the service guy turned off the AC at exact 10.30AM even though we were still sitting and eating our food. All this shows disrespect towards client and not sure how the staff is trained but a big time improvement is required at service point of view. Rooms are good and bed was comfortable, Loved their bathing shower. Book this hotel only for their room, dont expect anything great at service or food.…

We have stayed at The Hub Street Hotel during our business visit at Bhopal. We stayed three nights at their premium rooms. The stay was comfort, rooms were clean and well maintained. The premium rooms are amply sized with two beds and spacious. The breakfast needs to be improved as they served similar options throughout. WiFi needs more speed. They do room service where no dine in restaurant is available for lunch and dinner, however the room service menu is pretty good and food is good.

All the employees at Reception were well groomed, courteous and helpful. First thing I always check while checking in, on a business stay, is the check out time. I did this time too and to my surprise I found the Hotel was very accommodating and they said that I can overstay couple of hours if required. We had a tiring day, we left hotel in morning just after check-in and returned around 08:00 p.m. These were Nav Ratri and we were fasting hence brought some fruits on return as we were not sure about availability in hotel. Reception staff observed it and informed us "we too could have served fruits however since you already brought Pls call room service and they will serve you". That was really nice.... Next day again we had to go out in morning and check out time was 12:00 though they gave choice to overstay but we asked them to keep the luggage out and we will be checking out when we return around 02:00 p.m. On our return we we were surprised that they did keep the luggage out and instead gave us option to be there till we leave for our train in evening. That was very nice of them and we would have certainly too that offer but we had other plans. Overall nice stay.…
