Organized a corporate Dinner for a client with 80-90 people. Excellent services. Food quality, variety and taste exceeded expectations. Special mention to Mr. Alam, Mr. Rahul and Mr. Arvind who helped organise a successful event. Highly recommended.

The beauty and vibe of this place can not be summarised in this short review but being history and hospitality enthusiast, I immediately fell in love with this place. Especially, the staff( every single staff member I interacted) here is polite and courteous, they are ready to go extra mile to ensure comfort and safety of their guests. Kudos to Sachin Mehra for his commendable on the spot decision making and showing empathy towards guests. I think Bhopal trip is incomplete without visiting this place, you can visit their restaurants for dinner or lunch as well. Why should you stay here: for the view, legacy, management and staff, greenery, location etc.
I had amazing stay at the hotel. It feels like home away from home. Food was amazing We celebrated new years there which was a great experience The location is breathtaking Rooms are cosy and washroom were neat Ashok singh ji attended us as his family Will be back soon
We visited (a group of 9) the restaurant at Noor-Us-Sabah (Meaning: Morning Light) Palace for breakfast (History: A female ruler, Sultan Jahan Begum, constructed a palace called 'Noor-us-Sabah', which has been converted into a heritage hotel). The palace is very well restored to its original glory, and it's situated on top of a hill with an amazing view. The buffet was a bit normal, with few varieties of dishes; I met the gentleman (Rahul) in charge and asked him about some specialty dishes, the experience provided by him had truly made my day. He arranged a within 10-15 mins special dish for us. Personally, for me, the interaction and experience were always a key priority, which was very well managed. Recommendation: Bhopal, is known for a variety of cuisines and being a heritage hotel, I recommend that the buffet must have a section for signature dishes. Overall, we enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the courteous hospitality. Thank You.…
Unprofessional and Cheaters. Had booked this Hotel for the recently concluded wedding of our son and it has been a nightmarish experience dealing with their irresponsible, untrained and absolutely unfriendly staff. Would specially like to mention Mrs. Goshiya Khan with whom we had taken up the booking process. She gave us shocking surprises quotes after quotes. We have all their quotations to prove our point. All they want is that you pay them 100% in advance and then you beg for their mercy to get the basic services. We had paid more than 98% before the check in, and our functions were stopped by their team when we showed them the extremely horrible seating arrangement they had provided for the Sangeet Function (I have uploaded the photos which are self explanatory). I shared the same photos with Mrs. Goshiya Khan on WhatsApp to bring it to her notice. Imagine she and her team rather than accepting their blunder and offering any solution, asked us to pay the remaining amount (which was less than 2% of the total payable as more than 98% was already paid). The lady (Mrs. Goshiya Khan) asked us to pay the negligible amount, she rather went on to instruct their Manager Mr. Alam to stop all service to us unless we paid the amount. So, I paid the remaining amount and then only they allowed us to go ahead with the functions. In short, NEVER BOOK this Hotel, in case you have to for its location, NEVER EVER, NEVER pay them full amount in advance, else you will find yourself begging for the basic things which they agree at the time of booking, but then they cut corners everywhere at the time of delivery. They are not at all guest friendly, specially Mrs. Goshiya Khan who thinks she is the owner of the palace. She and her colleagues will comit something and then will deny at the time of delivery. I can guarantee you that you will find yourself in multiple situations where they will ask for EXTRA MONEY for hich they initially agree in their quotations and discussions. Beware of them, NEVER EVER pay them FULL amount in advance. To summarise, they are not to be trusted in their dealings. I have all the chats and emails if any of the prospective guests would like to check as to how unprofessional aand cunning this hotel's management can be. This could have been better as a MUSEUM rather than a Hotel as they don't understand the basic essence of hospitality. There are numerous negatives I can list here. Imagine, what their welcome drink looks like, Uncovered half filled glasses of juice placed on a tray that's keeps lying at a corner in the Reception Area, if you want to welcome YOURSELF, pick one glass yourself as no one else bothers to offer even the welcome drink to the arriving guests. Pathetic, Absolutely pathetic hotel.…
On my short trip with family consisting of junior and senior citizens I couldn't have had better experience than being here. No doubt on each of my bhopal stay, noor-us-sabah is going to be my first and only choice. I can't thank enough for the experience and ambience.
1/5 6 minutes ago on Google Today...14 sep 2022 is my 6th day of stay here. Regret to be absolutely candid in stating the facts. 1. Was alloted room 232 on 08th. Devoid of running hot water. 2. No wi fi service. 3. No welcome fruit or cookies basket. 4. Television service was poor as to there was audio but no video with time lag on free subscription channels. 5. After 2100 hrs was told that the IT staff is not present and would address issues only the next working day. 6.with a benevolent view was shifted to room 104 at 2300 hrs the same nite for wi fi service and TV. After 30 kin wifi not available and intercoms telephone too not available. Next day Orting was told that the power switch of the mini intercoms exchange was accidently dislodged and hence there was ko internal communication between reception or room service or house keeping with the occupant. 7.The next day Orting too in 204 room no hot water. On detailed scrutiny there was a Crack which is still existing in the wash basin of the wash room. 7.The shower nozzle was throwing water everywhere on the side and front walls but the bath tub. This issue was addressed after 2 days. 8. Today being the 6th day hot water has been promised to be provided. 9. All this was discussed with the operations head Ms Aarti and Sales Head Mr Hanif on 13th. Jeweler there was no feed back from the individuals. Rather a reception desk staff communicated with me. This is absolutely not acceptable 10. Understand the Director is out of Indua so could not be contacted. 11. Hope things would improve in the nxt few days. Would again post a review after 4 days…
