This B&B is no longer in Rimons but in Blasimon. It is a gorgeous place to stay. New rooms with all the necessary comfort, beautiful and with respect of the soul of the house. Super-friendly hosts who make you feel "at home" right from the beginning. Excellent breakfast and dinner! Certainly a place to go back to! Congratulations Melinda and...

We had stayed at La Petite Source in April 2010 and wanted to go back as part of our Bordeaux food and wine tour at the beginning of November. Luc & Melinda had planned to move to a new place in Blasimon but delayed it to accommodate us for a few nights. That was a nice gesture which we appreciated...

I am surprised to see only a few reviews of this place, considering how good it is. My husband and I discovered this place through The Gourmet Touring, a company that organizes personalized tours in Bordeaux, mainly because we wanted to have a cooking class while in France. The La Petite Source Web site does not mention that Luc, the...

For 150 euros a night for 2 people, here's what you get: 1)A room at the Inn with a double bed and private bath 2) A very generous continental breakfast 3) DINNER. And let me tell you about dinner. First, there was appertiffs and appetizers including quail legs and mussels in Pernod broth. Then came the chilled melon soup with...

Our recent stay at La Petite Source was fantastic. Our time there was highlighted by the wonderful hospitality of Melinda and Luc and the amazing gourmet meals prepared by Luc and served alfresco in a beautiful setting. Rimons is a very small town, so it is important to have clear directions or a GPS. Our room was very comfortable. We...

The property is lovely, surrounded by grape vines as far as the eye can see, and the hosts go out of their way to be welcoming. Plan to eat dinners at the house as the food is incredible! The owners had a restaurant in Belgium before moving to France. I would go back just to eat there! The food and...

My husband and I spent two nights at La Petite Source on a recent anniversary trip. Luc and Melinda are the perfect hosts! You immediately feel welcomed and at home. The house is a fantastic old farm house. The cooking class with Luc was fantastic! The food was delicious and we had a great time with Luc! Oscar, their dog,...

Melinda and Luc are charming hosts who have a flair for making you feel welcome and comfortable in their gorgeous home. Instead of feeling like a guest, you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in the door. We began our stay sitting next to the fireplace enjoying an aperitif and sharing stories of our travels....

A group of us (6) stayed at Le Petite Source for 3 days as we tour Bordeaux. It was the highlight of our Europe trip. Luc and Melinda were great hosts! The house is very cozy and rooms are spacious. They offer dinner at their place and Luc is a great cook! The night starts out with the aperitifs and...

Luc and Melinda are unpretentious hosts with the gift of hospitality that they lavish on their guests. La Petite Source is a wonderful place for a quiet get away in the middle of the beautiful vineyards of the Bordeaux area. The perfect spot for excellent food and wine, with plenty of towns and villages close by to explore.
