Beautiful location nestled in the schwartzwald!! The michelin star restaurant was good although the service a bit discombobulated.Breakfast was excellent in the regular dining room & Dinner was above average.Front desk staff were extremely accomodating, very polite & were amongst the few in the hotel that spoke fluent english. The swimming pool was wonderful as were the saunas & steam rooms....

As part of a european road trip, my wife and I took in two nights at Adler Hotel in Hausern. Nestled in a beautiful part of the world, this is a relaxed , classy haven. Walkers, gourmet fans and those who enjoy a spa will not be disappointed. The gourmet restaurant is a real treat - with great vegetarian options....

We have spent 4 nights in a suite at the Adler. The room is big and nice, though not the best I've seen in the category in terms of details and finishes (i.e. I've found odd to have a physical key, which is not ideal for a family). Anything else is simply perfect: the bathroom is huge and superbly equipped,...

Hotel style, personnel , location for exercise, spa, food ...all are tops! Hausern as a town is located near other interesting Black Forest villages connected with walking and bike trails. The Adler provides bikes free subject to availabilty . Suggest you request bike when you check in.

We spent 3 nights at the Adler. A large mountain hotel with the more intimate feel of a chalet. The lobby, large comfortable bar, dining room and our guest rooms all seemed to have been recently ( and beautifully) re-decorated. Modern, colorful, elegant - but comfortable. The food was very, very good ( but, of course, as the Adler has...

We love this place. It is so cosy and charming here. If you want to have a massage or other wellness treatments it is important to book in advance. In the sauna you can keep you bathing suit on ( it is not always like this in germany) . Good idea to rent a bike and go to the lake...

This is the 9th time we have stayed at this hotel over the last 23 years. The last time we stayed was in 2008. This time was our first visit in May and coincided with our 29th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in a large updated room, which was great. All the carpets in the hallways and dining room have been...

We stayed at the Adler for a weekend away from the city. Overall we had a good experience. The service is great and the food was very nice. However, for the price we thought it lacked little touches. The sauna/steam area are decent but it is inconvenient to have to go upstairs for a drink of water (the sauna/steam area...
