I stayed 3 days for a work shop with other about 15 colleagues. Staffs were very friendly and food was very well prepared and delicious. Compare to the size and equipment of the room and hotel, rate was not expensive too. I surprized with a small kitchen inside of the room! Unfortunately i coudn't enjoy enough time in the hotel... We have stayed three times at the Sport & Ressorthotel Grafenberg, twice whilst it was still being managed by the Dorint group and most recently since it has gone independent, (and it is now thus better). The hotel offers a wide variety of accomodation, either a traditional double room with balcony bu with a dining/kitchen corner, a two roomed appartment,... More

Just spent a long weekend in a comfortzimmer Erle. First of all a warning: reserving a room (and not a vacation rental) does not ensure access to the spa. It was the first time ever we were confronted with several access regimes, coupled to a room. So do check that erverything you want is included. Although somewhat outdated, our 2... More

This is a resort not too far away from the main traffic routes but in a very quite place in the Eifel. The place is quite big with a lot of small houses ideally suited for families with up to 4 children. I spend the weekend with my rather numerous family (>20 people) and we enjoyed the time with a... Excellent stay in this sporthotel. Bungalow for 7 people was very good. Breakfast was amasing, a lot of choice and variety. We want to go back for a longer stay. Very friendly staff and very helpfull. Only the pillows could be a little better. It's a great place to visit different places from out there.

Actualiy the titel says it all. It is atypical German hotel. It has a lot of facilities, wellness, childrens stuff etc. Not everything is open in low season, but the mini disco was for the kids. This is a great hotel for a relaxing weekend away. It's a great location for hiking (the vulcan lakes are really nice). The hotel had everything I wished for: late breakfast with lots of choice, delicious restaurant with vegetarian options and good wines, nice wellness area with a spa bar, and very friendly staff.

We booked a Maare cottage for a long weekend. Everything was present: equipped kitchen, equipped bathroom, nicely made beds. The cottage was cosy and clean. The shower was not so great: the complete bathroom changed into a swimming pool after taking a shower. The swimming pool was ok (not special though). We went to the restaurant once, but this was... We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. We rented a Ahorn family house - great with 8 people. The house was very cosy, clean and nicely warm. 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeping couch in the living room. The hotel is close to walking trails - great to go hiking. At last. The breakfast: very busy but... More

I was with a group of friends for two nights staying here and enjoyed staying immensely. The cabins were large and spacious and I can imagine staying for an extended time. Maybe next time. The meals were great and the staff helpful with the exception of the downstairs bar personel. They were very busy but terribly disorganized. If you ordered... More
