Outstanding the Superior Katoikia, very exclusive boutique hotel in a fantastic quiet location and view. Have been to many boutique hotels, for sure one of the best! Very atmospheric, fantastic owners! We will come back!
We stayed in a superior katikia which had fantastic sea views and a lovely location. It was very clean and well appointed inside, cleaned every day, and made an excellent base for our week's holiday. We were met on arrival, shown around and all questions...More
Beautiful views. Lovely grounds. Comfortable accommodation. Friendly cat. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Maria was waiting for our arrival and we were so happy to see her as it was 9:00pm.
Would recommend Katikies Manis to anyone that likes to be...More

you need to drive around 10-12 minutes in either direction towards kardamyli or Stoupa. The resort is located pretty much half distance between the 2 villages. You definitely need a car for this resort. I would strongly discourage you to walk along this road, despite being scenic and picturesque, it is a "snake " type road with a lot of blind spots and no pedestrians space. Stoupa has more restaurants open for lunch and Kardamyli is better for dinners. Agios Nikolaos is also a nice village with tavernas open all day long however it is around 15-20 minutes away from the resort.
