A fairy tale castle in a wonderful medieval town, visit the castle to get a real feel of the place, it has been well renovated. The parador is well presented with good food and excellent service from the staff.

The hotel is quite grand but also has an intimate feel. The staff are very helpful. The restaurant is quite good and there are other options in Olite which is very pretty. I went to a lovely Christmas concert in San Pedro church. There are lots of interesting places to visit near Olite. Ujue is wonderful.

We only spent one night at this Parador and it was amazing (actually wished we could have stayed at least one more). When we booked the hotel and even when we arrived there, we could barely believe we were going to sleep in a castle which once belonged to the Kings of Navarre. We chose a superior room and everything...

Arrived here late afternoon in pouring rain which meant getting a little damp as the hotel doesn't have parking. The public car park is only moments away but that doesn't help when it's throwing it down! However, the hotel is stunning, even in the rain. Wonderful old style furnishings compliment the building and there is a luxurious feel to the...

A magnificently restored, historical palace, situated next to an equally beautifully restored castle. Both well worth a lengthy visit; the standard of the hotel and meals being as high as ever, comparable to other Paradors

We truly enjoyed our stay at Parador de Olite. The village is very charming and the castle is quite stunning upon approach from the countryside. Getting in was a bit of a challenge, darn fortified palaces! But, once we found our way in, we were delighted in the presentation of the building, inside and out. The check-in was very friendly...

There is not a better way to experience Spain than staying at these fabulous Paradores. They are all so lovely and the rooms, food, Staff and common areas are all top notch! I especially enjoy being able to return after a full day of touring to relax and enjoy the fabulous dinners at the Paradores restaurants.

Great parador inside a castle surrounded by a medieval village. We purchased a meal package with our room and ate breakfast and dinner in the parador restaurant. The food/service was very good and the package was a great value. The parador sits on one of two main plazas for the village with easy walking access to many shops and sites....

really enjoyable overnight stay in unique castle setting in small town outside of Pamplona, Spain. Room was spacious and beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately, "WiFi" not working in our room, but otherwise was a great stay. Highly recommend for a unique experience in small Spanish town.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this parador during a tour of the Basque country. The ambience is typical of the historical paradors, our room was fine with a great view and the breakfast and evening meals were of a high standard. We ate 1 evening at the Restaurant Zanito, as recommended by previous reviewers, and...
