Just stayed over 2 nights in the cottage annex a few doors along from hotel. Great deals off season at 45 pounds pp for dinner bed and breakfast. Great choice of breakfast menu with evening meals from menu and specials board. Food was very good and made to order. A great location for a stopover or longer stay when exploring...

Very good bedrooms, clean, tidy and lots of nice details. We had the Argyll chicken and it was excellent. The hotel kindly provided us with an early breakfast as we has a ferry to catch, which we appreciated. Sadly, we only saw Plockton by night - but it remains magical. We will be back.

We were recommeded from friends to stay and have a dinner at the Plockton Hotel before we drove over the bridge to Isle of Skye. Before our visit we didn't follow why to take a detour to Plockton. Afterwards we do regret we didn't stay at least a night in this small and charming village. We had our great tasting...

Stayed here for 4 nights and there was nothing we could find fault with. The hotel was immaculate throughout. Food was excellent. The staff were so friendly and saw to our every need. Would definitely recommend it.

Everyone seems to use the Lounge bar but here dogs are not allowed. However they are allowed in the Public bar and this turned out a hard to find area exclusively patronizer by the locals. And very pleasant it was too with several Real Ales available and lots of friendly banter. I decided to eat and enjoyed excellent breaded veal,...

We had the most wonderful long weekend staying in this idyllic and cosy hotel. The accommodation was fabulous and the food was truly delicious. So much seafood and great daily specials. There was also an incredible selection of Scottish gins to explore. Fabulous walks locally and the seal trip too. We will certainly come back because it was heavenly. The...

Last weekend a huge group of friends got together to celebrate a friend's 50th. We flew into Inverness from Bristol airport, which was a great way to travel up from the South of England. We were blessed with 4 days of the most perfect weather, when we all stepped off our FlyB flight it was like touching down in a...

22 old friends visited to celebrate my 50th birthday. The hotel was excellent. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail and customer service was as good as any 5 star hotel that I have stated in , in any city around the world . The location is breathtaking and the food was local...

Very well located on the water front. Larger than expected but retains charm and small hotel feel. Option of eating in the pub/bar area or the restaurant at the back. Good sized room, well appointed with good facilities and comfy bed. The bar was well used by residents and visitors so gets busy and can look well used at the...
