Love this hotel! Gorgeous, modern rooms with very large bathrooms (big shower, large tub). Big balcony with beautiful furniture that made room service dining a perfect private option. Gorgeous lobby with lots of windows... Perfect vibe at Pink Beach for brunch/lunch and dinner... ambiance is perfect. Love the set up for cocktails by the pool - although pool service was quite slow). Quite a large drop off at the small private beach, quite wavy on our visit...pool had quite a few young children during our stay.

We arrived in Bermuda to work a wedding reception at The Loren. Even before arriving, The Loren prepared us with such clear information about what we needed and the arrival process with COVID testing procedures. They sorted everything and assisted to make the travel, arrival, stay and departure as easy and smooth as possible. From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were immediately made to feel at home. The property, views and private pink sand beach are stunning. The acoustics in the restaurant provide a particularly amazing and serene experience listening to the waves while enjoying one of the many delicious meals. Our villa was spacious with a back patio and yard to provide extra privacy. The accommodations were extremely comfortable with everything needed for the perfect work-cation. It is apparent all of the staff genuinely care deeply about making the property and the guests’ stay beautiful and fulfilling. They made scheduling taxis, booking tours and activities and top notch recommendations feel effortless. I cannot say enough about the staff and the pride they take in offering such an incredible experience to guests. A special thank you to Andre, Josh and Vlad who made our stay even more welcoming. I cannot wait to come back and visit again already!

I was invited to come an work a wedding reception in Bermuda. I was so excited already. I shuck oysters and travel anywhere in the USA but this was my first one outside of the USA. It could not have been more beautiful, better or perfect. Bermuda must secretly be a magnet for the sweetest people in the world, because starting at the airport New York seemed millions of miles away. Kenneth the taxi driver bringing us to The Loren told us everything we needed to experience already. Driving slower at every iconic restaurant, cave, hole or shop. Now we arrived at The Loren, an oasis of peace, beauty and enjoyment. Checking in we got a welcome with a glass of champagne, but the best was that they already told us we are set up for a COVID test for our way back. On premises, so that headache was already taken away. We golfcarted to our villa’s and I would exchange my New York one-bedroom for this size instantly. Heaven with a backyard and a pool. You don’t need that pool because we went to the Pink beach right away. Not sure if The Loren sets the temperature for the ocean, but it was perfect. The pool guy Vladimir showed me where to snorkle to find a school of parrot fish. Aquaman was home. Starting sunrise around 7am breakfast was served. Not sure whether the shasuka or the croque madame was my favorite. I drink gallons of coffee so the French press was perfect. The service is phenomenal by the way. Always a smile and after a few visits they knew me, my room number and my favorites. Basically, I was home. (At home I don’t find chocolates on my pillow though). The Loren set us up for outdoor trips like sightseeing and scuba. Everything was set up with taxi and everything paid so we didn’t have to worry about it. Do I need to go on? Anything not so good? Well, I counted a few clouds. Can you do something about that next time. No really, thank you Tarryn, André and your amazing team for all the good care and fun times. I will be back! Rifko

My husband and I chose to stay at The Loren for our first year wedding anniversary, and we were sooo glad we did! Everything was top notch! When I say everything, I mean everything ....from making the room reservation with ease (thank you Andre & Chantel) to the check-in process (thank you LuAnn and the bellman) for wishing us a happy Anniversary and offering us a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival. It was such a warm welcome! We then headed to our room where a bottle of bubbles was chilling on ice along with a personalized note welcoming us to the property and wishing us a Happy Anniversary (I have kept the note.) We truly appreciated this gesture! Our room was large, clean and beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The soaking tub in the bathroom was also fab. We really enjoyed wearing the bathrobe and slippers as they were super comfy. We had a dinner reservation at the Pink Beach club....which was also fabulous. The restaurant is right next to the water and we had a lovely breeze all evening. At dinner, we were greeted by Gihan who also wished us a Happy Anniversary and made us feel special with a complimentary glass of bubbles. It was almost like everyone knew it was our special day. Our server was Olga who was incredibly attentive and lovely. We ordered sushi apps and I had the filet mignon for main course. This steak absolutely melted in my mouth with every bite. Absolutely stellar! We washed everything down with a crisp bottle of Sauvignon Blanc....and left the restaurant feeling truly satisfied and headed back up to our room. We filled out the breakfast card and hung it on our door for the next morning for room service. However , when we woke up, I actually still felt full from the dinner the night before, so I called room service at 630am and asked if it would be okay if I downsized our breakfast order. I was lucky enough to speak with Andy who changed our order with no problem. Thank you, Andy! Nothing better than breakfast in bed!! I highly recommend getting room service for breakfast...we had one ' Loren breakfast' and an egg sandwich. We had more than enough food and it was all absolutely delicious! Tasted even better in a bathrobe! Lol Later that morning, we headed to the pool. It was incredibly relaxing. The infinity pool with the ocean backdrop is breathtaking. We chilled there for a few hours and had exceptional service from both Hunter and Vladimir. Thank you both! Later in the afternoon, we ordered some food poolside and enjoyed the tuna poke and calamari served in the bento boxes. Both were mouth wateringly delicious! Thank you again to everyone at The Loren who played a part in making our first anniversary so wonderful and so memorable. We are incredibly grateful and hopefully we can make it back there again one day soon!
