The place is awesome. If you need to disconnect from day to day reality, this is the perfect place. The food is great and the outdoor activities brings you closer to the nature. Sleeping chalets are separated and gives you the sense of privacy

My beloved surprised me with this visit and I was astonished. Beautiful and cozy place in the Apalaches park. It's a simple and small spa, however very interesting. I recommend this if you want some peace and to enjoy the beautiful view of the woods.

We visited for the 1 hour snowmobiliing excursion. Very enjoyable time. Since this was our first time snowmobiling and we were new to the area - we took the guided tour. Totally worth it. The guide was great and explained keys things about the snowmobile itself and took us on some great straight aways where we could really see the...

I think our biggest mistake was not to make our reservation directly in the hotel's webpage. This because we only made the room reservation and not the spa reservation. When we arrived to the spa was full, even the restaurant. We ate in the nearest town. Please make the reservation directly in the hotel webpage.

You have to share the cabin... Kitchen and living room are one big room, though not very large. One of the spa was dirty (rust coming out of pipes making the water kind of an orange color) Food was not that good, pretty average. Be aware, lots of tourists (they come in by bus), so attractions best featured for them....

Perhaps this spa is more accommodating in the winter as a ski-doing launch point as the chalets have 6 bedrooms with 2 double beds each but a very small common area with only one table that sits 6. For a kitchen you get half a counter with half the appliances either not functioning or completely missing. You essentially get this...

Our family (two adults, two kids - 12 and 14) loved-loved-loved this resort. It's a winter adventure heaven! It's such a gem in the wlld - located within an hour of Quebec City, yet a remote resort filled with winter adventure. Think dogsledding, snowmobiling, XC skiing, alpine, skating, winter hiking, tubing, and then top it all off with a suburb...

Nice hotel and very good service. I ended up going on a week-end where I had a bad cold and ended up having to leave a day early. When I went to check out they gave me a partial refund without my even asking (actually I was insisting it was ok I didn't expect a refund just wanted to check...

When you make a booking, the receptionist (Rec.) put you on hold several times because it seems that she doesn't know anything about the different poilicies of the place. I want to make a booking for two persons and two dogs in crate. No pet policy on the website so I ask if dogs in crate are allowed in the...
