The first thing we noticed on arriving was the amazing green and lush grass throughout the park. After weeks on dry desert sites, these sections of lawn were so welcoming. Located in the city and surrounded by a waterway and a river, River Run is a great name for this RV camp, although I would have added something about the...

Stayed overnight at this RV park en route to SoCal. It has easy access off Hwy-99. Park staff were polite and helpful, restrooms and showers were spacious and clean, and our site was a level, easy pull-through with full hookups. As a bonus, the Kern River, which runs adjacent to the park, even had some flowing water! Noise from the...

We are presently here. We planned one week and ended up staying two. We really love this place. The park sites are perfect no matter what size your rig is. We were in a pull-thru in the center sites. Each one you are next to pulls in the opposite direction from each other. You have plenty of room between each...

This park is well maintained and laid out nicely. We drive a 29 ft. Class A and tow a box trailer. The pull-through spots are long enough to fit without having to unhook anything. The spaces are set up to have a small grass area and concrete pad next to the rig. In our space, we didn't feel like we...

We are on an adventure from Seattle, WA to Huntsville, AL, and this is the best park we've been in so far. All of the spots are level with nice big patios. The restrooms and laundry room are spotless. The staff is friendly and courteous. We will definitely stop again when in the Bakersfield area. .

This has to one of the cleanest RV parks we've been to. We used it as home base, for our trip to a number of antique stores in Bakersfield. The lady at check in was on top of everything when we checked in. The spaces were in an orderly manor and easy to pull into. Rest rooms were very clean...

This park is well laid out and maintained. Their bathrooms and showers are quite modern and centrally located. For the larger rigs, there are several pull throughs and there are back-in sites for the smaller ones. The sites are nicely paved, most have some grass and often a tree. All sites have full hookups including cable TV. Since we had...

If you're looking more for a very safe and clean RV park than for a romantic location, you'll be more than satisfied at River Run. It sits in an industrial area near downtown Bakersfield right on the (now dry) Kern River. DESPITE it's own advertising, it is only surrenouded by modern business traveler hotels, not tourist entertainment attractions. However, there...

This park is very convenient to stores, restaurants - Buck Owens Crystal Palace, and shops, and next to river -sometimes dry. The general store and gift shop is 5 star! The park has big pull Thur sites, with gravel pads and cement, but no tables, with grassy area.We like how the sites are positioned opposite - so you don't see...

We were only stopping over to break up a long drive from Kings Canyon to the Mojave National Preserve, We were not sure when we were going to arrive and not booked it in advance, but they made the booking very easy as you can do it online! We arrived quite late, so they left a map with the RV...
