I have to say the the diving was OK the the dive sites were interesting as you would expect in this region and the guide efficient and fun to be with, but the accommodation and food were a let down for the price of the stay, the accommodation was OK but overpriced for the standard provided. the two stars are...

We stayed here as two backpackers in early March 2017, and it certainly did not disappoint! Arrived at Manado airport with our driver waiting, quick and easy transfer to the island and met some of the other residents on the way who were on their way back from the dive - they were also very complementary of the resort so...

We stayed there with my friend in march 2017. Very nice diving, and compared to Bunaken, here dive sites have more variety. Not just walls, but lots of pinacles and also some muckdiving. We stayed in budget room wich was on the beach. It was really nice with that price! The owners Sophie and Simon are super nice couple and...

Hello! Thanks we have been working on a new menu for this year and we are really glad that you enjoyed it! We absolutely love the variety of dive sites that Bangka has compared to Bunaken, and we hope to see you both here again!

We spent 10 days at Nomad Divers completing the Open Water PADI and Advanced Open Water. My friend and I had never dived before but both the care at the resort and in lessons made us feel so comfortable and confident. The family-style dinners at the resort were a highlight, and the sweet set up of the living room in...

Excellent diving around the island throughout, with a couple of drift dives which were really really good fun. The boat was a wooden affair which looked quite interesting the first time I saw it. However, it turned out to be the easiest dive boat ever and the crew on the boat were fantastic. The accommodation is comfortable, roomy and basic...

stayed there for 8 nights in Feb/Mar 2016. Owners that run the resort theirselves are very friendly and helpful to made the stay possible short dated. If you are not familiar with the local transport I advice booking the transfers with the resort. I stayed in a budget bunglow with external toilet and shower. In my eyes for it is...

This small and perfectly formed diving lodge has a wonderful intimate atmosphere, wildlife all around and amazing diving. Simon and Sophie have made a friendly and "away from it all" lodge. Its staff are all friendly and more than willing to help. Our trip was fantastic. we were made to feel at home. If you are looking for a large...

A peacefull streach of sand on the very north tip of Sulawesi, host some of the best people and diving there is in these areas. I did not have much expectations to start with, but I had hopes on a nice experience. It was beyond what I had hoped for. The «resident» (the owner would kill me for that frase)...

If you are looking for a Robinson Crusoe style diving trip in the Coral Triangle then look no further! We met Sophie and Simon, the proprietors of Nomad Divers, at the Adventure Travel Show in January 2016, loved them and what they had to offer and were booked to visit them within the week. We flew from London to Manado...

I stayed at Nomad for two months from Aug 2016. Having never been scuba diving before I was able to experience Nomad's teaching of open water through to Divemaster. As well as seeing many guests come and go enjoying their stay. The instructors and all of the staff care so much for the guests, both fun divers and learners. They...
