The lodge sits right on lake. They have a pool, restaurant, bar, store, shopping right at resort. Gas station close by. The room I stayed in had full kitchen, fireplace, living room and nice large bedroom with two beds downstairs below living room. The food was great. A little expensive but expected for resort. Parking a little tricky. I was...

Usually I don't review places we stay on the way or to a destination but this place is worth writing about because it made our Yosemite trip that much better. We made great Yosemite memories during the day and great memories at the Pines upon our return. The Pines Resort is literally on the lake and we could see the...

Nice comfortable chalet at Bass Lake. Stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. Great food at Ducey's Bar and Grill. Snowed Christmas eve was a treat. Cabin was clean and comfortable with a great view from the balcony.

Stayed here 30 odd years ago Loved it then and enjoyed it this time. Only negative was the resort was a bit tired and dated and could do with some upgrading. All that said it is a great location, close to Yosemite. We also had the best steak meal we have had in a long, long time in the restaurant....

We arrived late at night during a power cut so we're unable to check in, no problem we had an accommodation voucher and were taken to our lodge. After a 12 hour drive we were SO pleased to get there. We wanted to open a bottle of wine that we had brought with us, so started going through the kitchen...

We stayed in the Chalets for one evening. While the price was great (because it was in November, off season), the chalet was just OK.
