The sheets were immaculate but the carpet needed cleaning, so did the sofa and pillows. Bed pillows were hard and so was the bed. The staff were friendly and the location in the woods was nice. Traffic a bit noisy.

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend here this month and were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean our cabin was. The owner Amita was very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed. The cabins include all kitchen utensils needed to cook or grill your own meals. Bed is comfortable and clean and the bathroom though...

Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend. Stayed in cabin 10. In my opinion cabins 7-11 offer a more cabin in the hills away from it all location. I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen was newer than I expected and had everything we needed. The fireplace was amazing. The bed we slept in was huge and comfortable. There was a...

We visited Ben Lomond from 9/25/14 thru 9/29/14 to attend a wedding in the area. We stayed at Jayes. The best word to describe these cabins would be "rustic". The surrounding Redwood trees are magnificent and the outside of the cabins were neatly maintained. However, the inside could have used some attention. The walls were scuffed and scraped and a...

We at the last minute found this hotel. They were very kind on the phone and actually had 2 rooms available. The rooms were clean and they were very kind and helpful. The outside was clean as was the inside. Plates, coffee, refrigerator, stove and microwave were working and clean. Very attentive when an extra fan was needed. I would...

Do not bother reserving a hotel here. If you reserve a hotel here and someone else wants your room they will boot you out. Ruined our wedding plans. Front desk person very rude and intrusive. Horrific customer service! If I could give it negative 10 stars I would.

Very basic accommodations in a strange little town, reminiscent of Twin Peaks. Cabins are surrounded by redwoods, have good bones but not much flair for design. Decent place to stay but keep your expectations in check - this is a couple steps up from camping.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very courteous to us and made us feel at home. We enjoyed hanging out at the swimming pool, swimming and playing ping pong. Everything was clean and kept up. There are redwood trees growing next to our deck and front porch. These were fun to eat our meals next to. We had...

This is a small cabin yet good size for a two bedroom cabin, I don't know why it's listed as hotel. If you want a quiet place to camp, but still want the convince of tv, shower, kitchen, microwave refrigerater than this is the place for you. Scott's valley is down the road as well as Santa Cruz, Capitola. If...
