We got to the place and it was nothing like the pictures, the place reeked like an old dirty mop and cigar smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, the sheets were blood stained and ripped it was disgusting this place is worse than a cheap motel.

Not only was the room super clean and nice, the staff was very pleasant and the price was right. And they have special parking for veterans. All hotels should do this but don't. I also feel that they took a lot of care with cleanliness and keeping me safe.

We reserved this hotel for 2 of our employees. Rooms were filthy and had a bad odor. We did not receive a refund for the night stayed, only for 2 nights that we did not end up using anyway due to the unsanitary conditions of this hotel.

Dear Millwork_Brothers, First off we are very sorry if something was not as we had promised during your stay. We do our very best to make sure each room meets both our; and your high level of standards. As you can see if the many reviews before we are a very clean hotel, have there been mistakes made in the past, of course and we do our best to correct them immediately. If your employee's left early we would have loved to hear about the problem at that point, or if you thought they deserved some sort of reimbursement they could have asked. Or you as the owner of a business could have picked up the phone and called myself and I would have loved the opportunity to have a conversation with you and potentially make a mistake right. We still like to operate in this matter, maybe a little old fashioned but for us a good handshake well now probably an elbow bump or a good conversation go a long way. Anyway we appreciate you as a customer, we appreciate you as another small business and we wish you the best in the future.

The normal things like cups, coffee, coffee maker and ice bucket had to be asked for at front desk resulting in multiple trips to front desk. Room was basically stripped of everything that could be stolen. Basement caught fire had to evacuate for a couple of hours. When leaving hotel walked dogs out to go pee in the dark. Some guy in a car with a girl yells out to me something Hey Dude! dogs potty there? I replied no and he raised his voice, No??? Please don't let dogs potty there. At this point I think who is this nut yelling at me and walk my dogs to my car ignoring whoever he was. It had not darned on me that he may have been an employee since he did not identify himself but was yelling from a dark car, not conducting himself in a professional manner. This could easily have gotten very ugly if my wife was not present. If this was a security guard, they need training. Front desk was helpful…

It is true that for Covid we and most hotels have taken some of the previously normal amenities from the hotel rooms as these were deemed high touch but needing special sanitation to keep both yourself and our staff healthy.
