My family and I stayed here for a few nights during Thanksgiving. We arrived several hours prior to our check in and we were greeted by Veronica, who was very friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating and arranged for us to get settled earlier than planned. She informed us about all of our amenities as well as local attractions....

Loved my apartment! Fireplace in living room was fun, although it stays toasty in unit, still put it on! (Hint: have to turn the gas on a little bit & light with matches you'll find in kitchen). Has everything you could possibly need. Super location! Can easily walk to the Village where all the cool shops/restaurants & some activities are!...

I would have considered it swanky in the '80's, but now it needs a refresh. There is no air conditioning, but we didn't really need it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the wear and tear of daily use shows, in spite of the excellent efforts of a really good staff. Our microwave broke and the building engineer was...

How can they get away with no accommodating for the handicapped.? I am so mad now the place I thought we were going to is not willing to even reserve...

Service at check in was awesome! Room was clean and a little cramped, no table to play a board game. just 4 stools at the counter to eat. Cramped kitchen but has all the essentials. Wifi was horrible and I was only on the 2nd floor. None of the 4 in my party were able to connect even inside the...

We went up to Big Bear for the Memorial Weekend. This place is nothing fancy, but just a place for a quick weekend get away. Our first impression wasn't so great. It looks like an old apartment complex and kind of weird looking. The office is in a room that is kind of dark, where is also their activity room...

We stayed here the end of April/beginning of May. What I liked most about Snow Lake: Our suite (207) was very, very clean, spacious; 20-25 minutes stroll to the village; the staff was friendly and informative; we arrived quite late and Nicholas was there to greet us. Thank you! What wasn't the greatest: Parking - the best spots are across...

Our one bedroom unit on the third floor- back building away from main blvd. was quiet and very clean. The condo had a 1970 decor - with a mountain theme--- The kitchen has laminate counters, all appliances expected and full refrigerator. The stove is gas with an oven and has microwave above the stove.. the utensils are stainless steel rather...

My family and I just returned from our short getaway to Big Bear Lake for skiing/snowboarding and we're very pleased with our stay at the Snow Lake Lodge. We booked a great weeknight deal through their website. It was SO good, that we even booked 2 rooms. These rooms were pretty spacious and offered many nice amenities: close to ski...

The room was clean and well-kept. Our heater worked well one night (though it was annoyingly loud) and did not work the next. There was a drunk man hanging out in the parking lot who fell over into our car. The staff was pleasant, but not particularly helpful when we asked for restaurant suggestions. We liked having fireplaces in both...
