A really good mid-range hotel that's among the best in Big Bear. The room was really large and had some interesting french country furnishings, and most importantly, a gas fireplace that livened up the room. There was a nice balcony with a view through the trees of a parking lot. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and shower combo. The...

If you are allocated this room at check in - beware it is a lower level location located next to a noisy games room and gym and the head board of the bed shakes every time someone comes in or out of the side door it is next to, it is also approx 15-20 feet from the outdoor hot tub...

Compared to most cabins in Big Bear this was a great/clean place to stay. I did notice some areas where it was updated but overall nice. They had a hot tub in operation during the winter. I really enjoyed this amenity after a long day of snowboarding. The shower looked clean, they kept the room clean daily, and offered complimentary...

Numerous bathtub tiles were loose on the step landing and damaged and were held in place by blue painters tape. Complimentary hand/face lotion had evidence of being used; wasn't replaced during room cleaning.

You could hear neighbors' conversations word by word. You can't control room temperature. Fireplace did not work. They get away with all this because there are not many hotels and there is high demand. We will continue to rent cabins from vrbo. You pay more, but it is worth every penny.

Not comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. The floors are a bit odd as you have to either go up the stairs to get to your room, or go up the elevator and then go down some stairs to get to your room. The layout is weird.

The rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The food was inedible and the customer service appalling. In over 30 years of travel, we have never had such a bad experience. We had 2 rooms for our family. The room to room phones did not work, the television got only a few of the advertised channels, the wardrobe was missing the...

We try to assure all guests leave with a satisfying experience and all rooms are inspected after each guest and our cleaning staff takes priority in their jobs to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. All televisions should receive basic charter cable channels that include at least 100. The management apologizes that your experience was not satisfying or...

If you're looking for a leaking roof that drips onto the furniture and carpet, this is the place for you. If you don't want the gas fire place to work, to dry your socks from the leak, look no further. If you want a non-working towel rack warmer, you're in luck.

We sincerely apologize for your pat recent stay and we try our best to make sure all guests are satisfied and leave with a positive experience and are saddened with your experiences. The situation with the leak has been corrected from the snowfall off of the balcony and hope you will return to give us another chance.

With a parking lot full of half-plowed snow this was not the time to have a wedding party booked on top of a full hotel. No parking allowed on streets so had to double park other guests. Room was clean, but no housekeeping cleaning between first and second night, even when requested in morning. Facilities were strained to the limit....

Unfortunately the snow drop was at least 4 feet in 3 days and the whole had no place to remove the snow properly. Even city sidewalks were covered with 3 feet of snow and no way to remove it. We try to make sure all guests leave with a satisfied experience and hope you will return during non snowfall conditions...
