We spent one night here and were delighted with the cleanliness, comfortable beds and nice service from the staff. The hot tub was wonderful, the palm trees were quite picturesque surrounding the area, and the pool appeared very clean, though I didn't use it. Our only caveat that kept this from a five star rating, was the free wifi. We...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 19 February 2017

I had stayed at this hotel several years previously and did not remember being impressed with it, but they have made substantial changes and it is quite nice now. The room was clean, pleasant and the AC worked well, a must in the desert. It was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. (Any place that offers...

The place is old but clean. It is not in the best neighborhood but we felt safe. The desk clerk was was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The pool was very nice and clean. I guess all in all it was not too bad . It was maybe a little pricey for what you got.

I was returning home from a 3 day conference in West Lake Village held at the Four Seasons Resort. My plan was to stay in Indio to minimize drive time although most hotels were booked and very expensive due to a tennis conference in town. After reading several reviews I chose this Hotel. It was fantastic! Almost as good or...

Great place to stay. Quiet, off the highway. Charmingly comfortable. Employees were ready and more than willing to accommodate our every need. The pool was crystal clear and the air conditioning was quiet. What more do you need after a long day on the highway.

Cable channels available including HBO were fantastic after driving for a week long trip. The hotel wifi was easy to use and worked better than the previous 5 hotels we stayed in during our road trip from California to Dallas, Texas.

The room was too small, cramped, not cleaned well, broken lamp, broken drawers and worn carpet. The bathroom was cramped and not enough counter space. The outlet in the bathroom was on the opposite side of the counter making it difficult to use hair electric accessories. The same experience was one of a cheaper hotel, not to the Best Western...

Belinder checked us in after a long drive, she was efficient and helpful recommending places to eat which were spot on for us. The room was clean and a good size, we used the internet which was a good fast connection. Breakfast was basic but good choice, eggs, sausage, gravy, cereal, pastries and fresh fruit available on reception.
