Spacious and clean room with everything you would expect in a budget motel. Enjoyed our stay, especially for the price! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was as promised. I don't like like burritos (they do cater to and know their clients) but it was HUGE and fresh. We will stay again when in the area on business.

First of all, going into the building it was full of dry mud and dirt. The room itself smelled of damped towel, the restroom had small gnats (flies) flying around. There was mold in the top of the shower. I had put a drink in the fridge and that blew up the next day because it froze. It was bareable the first night but not for 2 nights that I had reserved. I requested the first night to be moved but they said they were all sold out. I complained to the staff about the issues involved but their response was that they didnt have time to clean it up before selling out the room again. In your haste to make money you sacrifice quality and service. In the hospitality industry that should be wrong. I tried contacting the Manager by email and phone 3 times but to no avail no response. Probably because I wasnt the bird group. …

Great place very clean good price friendly people what more can you ask for. I have to get to 200 characters so I will say it was easy to find just on the north side of town on the main road (with out road noise)

Our Birdwatching Group of 32, stayed in 22 rooms at The Brawley Inn the weekend of February 3 & 4, 2023. We could not be more pleased with the arrangements and the hospitality we received. Abraham, the senior manager, went out of his way to insure that our stay was perfect in every way. We've been coming to the area to watch the beautiful winter birds for over 20 years, and we always stay at The Brawley Inn. We highly recommend this hotel for your group gatherings!

My wife and I arrived early evening. Check in went well. The front desk area had coffee available, but no breakfast area that I could tell. I thought he said they have a carry out bag breakfast in the morning. We parked in front of our ground level room. There were many guys hanging out in the parking lot, by the cars, and on the 2nd floor walkway. Concerning for a second, then I think it was just social gatherings, and the ability to smoke outside the rooms. At times it was fairly smoky outside the door of our room with all the smoking going on. With that said, our room looked good, smelled good, and was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It took a god awful one time to get hot water for our showers. Once it arrived though, it was good to go. It was relatively quiet during the night, then in the early morning the workers are heading out, with some loud vehicle noises. In the morning I checked on the bag breakfast. In a small room to the side of the front desk, a woman would make a burrito for each guest. Made to order. My goodness! The burrito was huge, and it was delicious. Along with the burrito you get a hot sauce packet, and a muffin. That burrito brightened our morning, and made the stay even nicer. For dinner the night before, we walked to the next door grocery store and got some fried chicken to go. Also quite tasty. If the price was right, I would consider staying here again.…

My husband and myself booked this hotel as a base for a road trip, based on the information and pictures promoted on their web site. In particular we liked the pictures of the bar and restaurant and noted the hotel pointed out that they were on site. On arrival we asked about opening hours and were advised that both had been closed “for a long time”. This is a particular problem as the only food options nearby are fast food outlets. We originally booked a king room but when we saw the pictures and description of the king suite on the hotel’s web page we upgraded for an additional $30. The king suite showed that the king suite had a double seated sofa to allow relaxation in the evenings after exploring the desert. When we checked into our room 332 we had no sofa and only a single armchair. We went to reception and were told that they got rid of all sofas a long time ago. As we are both in our mid 60s we said it was not practical for one of us to have to sit on the bed to watch tv in the evening and asked that we provided with a 2nd armchair, but that offer to rectify the problem was refused. The receptionist said no room had 2 armchairs which turned out to be untrue. When the room beside us was being cleaned we saw it had 2 armchairs. We put it to the hotel staff that they provide 2 armchairs or refund the additional $30 paid for the upgrade. The hotel refused to make the refund and neither did they provide the 2nd armchair. Before writing this review we checked the hotel web page and the false information about the bar and restaurant is still there. The pictures of the king suite still show double sofa seating. Due to covid that sadly impacted a lot of businesses around our area this being one of them. We are doing updates to the room and our management staff will hear about the chair situation. Room was adequately clean, reception courteous except when we reported wifi problem. Response was basically - 'can't help, have reset router, should work'. Tile surfaces need refurbishing. Good night's sleep, near fast food and grocery store options for eating. Great burritos for breakfast. Nearby rooms had folks smoking outdoors near doors, cans for butts but still some littering. Would be good to have a designated outdoor smoking area further from room entrances.

I put on a Pro Wrestling show to raise money for High School Scholarships on October 1st & had some of the Wrestlers stay at the Brawley Inn. All the Wrestlers enjoyed their stay & highly recommended it again.

I had made my reservations one month before checking in and I requested to be on the first floor. When I got there I ended up on the second floor and was not happy about that because the only why up was taking the stairs. I stayed there for two days and during that time house keeping did not take the trash out of the bath room. The tile in the bath room (the grout) was dirty compare to the grout under the sink. (the counter was a floating counter). The base board which was a tile border was broken and someone could cut their toe if not carful. The carpet in the room had spots that could have been clean. The bathroom door squeaked so loud it could wake up a person. If housekeeping had a brain they could have reported that problem. Also housekeep did not make up the bed. The one thing that was great was the breakfast in a bag. …

Decent hotel in Brawley. We were upgraded to a king suite from the regular king we reserved. It was in the newer building in the back. Very spacious room. It was very clean. We had a problem with our cable, which they promptly fixed. Lots of workers and military stay here, so I was worried that breakfast would be gone by the time I got up (they served from 5am!) But it was an individual brown bag containing a breakfast burrito (tasty, and so large I couldn't finish it) and a small muffin. Don't expect more - no fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. We did go to the pool and were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn't fully functioning and looked dirty. But overall, it was a good value for what we paid.
