The Tangerine is a darling motel with an awesome staff and a very convienent location to get to several of the fun tourist attractions. The staff, Eddie,Astin and a very tall gentleman, is knowledgable in their help with suggestions of what to do and do everything in their power to make sure the stay was comfortable and every need was...

This for us was a great little hotel that was in the perfect location (for our adventure in LA). Everyone we encountered was really friendly and very helpful. The room was as we expected it, clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Shower pressure was good. Parking was good, but like many others have stated the jewel in the crown...

Highs: great location, interesting and fun decor, fab coffee machine (all hours), pastry in the am, great staff. Not a McHotel. Lows: room is small (really small--1950 auto motel small), too much furniture in room, not enough light in room, pool is not a pool at all-- more like a large kiddy pool (we didn't come for the pool--but don't...

This is a great little boutique motel in the heart of Burbank.I must admit I was a little wary when we pulled up to the place, my wife book the place without any input from me. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and clean everything looked. This place is close to many attractions, they have delicious pastries in the...

We liked the Tangerine, or really wanted to. On check-in, the young lady was super nice, I mean amazingly so. We liked that it's a boutique and well priced. It's a classic 50's-60's motel that was nicely upgraded with hip style. The location was convenient to everything we needed (visiting friends in North Hollywood). Three smoothie places within a short...

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't fault the hotel. It's a recently renovated small boutique hotel. The exterior and interior can easily be seen on google maps. Small car park at the front, we always managed to find a space at the back even though the hotel was full. There was also a heated pool at the front and...

Amazing experience. The staff is so very friendly and accommodating. There is free parking (in the LA area hotels this is super rare), and if you can't find a spot in the small lots, they offer to move your car in the morning from street parking so you don't have to worry about waking up early to avoid tickets!! There's...

We booked this thinking it was going to be a HoteI. It really is a Motel, with outside doors, exposed portable air conditioning units, stairs and parking right next to each room. We paid an outrageous $254 for a one night stay. Breakfast was "included" which consisted of a few pastries and an espresso machine. We skipped it and went...

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel for our stay whilst we visited Universal Studios and came across The Tangerine. It had all what we wanted, parking (free), wifi (free), breakfast (free), etc and the rooms were spacious and clean. There is a safe for your valuables and a good sized TV with plenty of channels to choose from....
