Was not impressed. We did not have washcloths in our room, there is no ice maker throughout the building because of ice trays in freezers. Our comforter was stained, even at the top so it wasn't hiding. When we asked for an amenity we were told to come get it ourselves at the front desk. Also, our keys stopped working...

We were a bit surprised to find NO 'free' lobby computer (as in Business Center), because this place literally HAD NO LOBBY! There were also no ice machines, no chairs, no lobby bathroom. Service is not good. For a single query, I was needed to talk with front desk office for many times. Even talking with them sometimes my query was not solved. Housekeeping time used to miss their day most of the times.

The reservation started fine with a late check-in which was speedy but from there it was all downhill. The non-smoking room smelled like the Marlboro man had been the previous guest for an, ahem, extended stay. This place is absolutely disgusting!!! The supposedly non-smoking room smelled of horrible air-freshener which then turned into a cigarette and pot smoke smell throughout the night.
