It was a nightmare! After taxes and whatever we paid $90 per night during the off season. Really? We stayed 11/11/16 & 11/12/16. When we walked into the room the first thing I noticed was the musty, stale air & just the smell of "old". Our room was a bit bigger than a postage stamp. Seriously small. The toilet is... More

Very easy to book and check in/out. The employees were friendly and answered your questions with respect. The room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking spaces. A nice place to spend the night if you are traveling or spending the weekend hiking and visiting the Burney Falls near by.

This is a small town and this particular night there was no rooms anywhere. With some luck I booked the Shasta Pines Motel. Upon checkin was promptly greeted by a young lady who provided all sorts of details about where to eat. Very pleasant. She guided us to a really large room with two queen beds. The room was clean... A newly remodeled room with an old ripped, repaired chair in it, kinda takes away from the remodel. The room was clean and the beds comfortable although the sheets were not fitted and bunched up during the night. A microwave, frig and Wi-Fi in room. Pleasant desk person. A basic motel stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The room has a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. No breakfast is included, but the motel is right across the street from a McDonald's. You can't beat that for convenience. Our room was located in the back of the property, so we had a very quiet night's sleep. The owner told me he had... More

We stayed at this motel on our visit to Burney Falls. Knowing that we would stay late in the park, we opted for the Shasta Pines instead of the hour-long drive to Redding. So, we basically stayed there only for the location. Our room was large and clean, but traffic noise was annoyingly loud. The new addition is further off... More

This is a great motel. Nice and quiet. We had room #160 in the newest wing. This place is very clean. They have coffee, microwave and a fridge in the room. AC worked great. And It is very close to Burney Falls. Also close to restaurants and a grocery store.

A bit more expensive than we would have liked and we had to take an upstairs room. No elevator so packing bags up the twisting stairs was an issue. The room was large, clean and comfortable and very quiet. Had a great sleep.

The room was smaller than appeared in photos. The shower was tiny. I'm 5'2" and 155# and I could not turn around within the water flow to feel I was sufficiently rinsed. Ladies you can forget shaving. The upside was the room was clean and close to Burney Falls and not far from Lassen Volcanic Park which were our destinations... More

Your limited as to where to stay in Burney and you can't beat this motel for price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Easy parking. We've stayed there on our last two trips and will again. We stay in the newer section. No pool but we don't care about that.
