Had a large immaculate suite, king bed, 5th floor, excellent room, friendly staff, spoke English and French, large free parking lot, easy to use free WiFi, great view, lakeside with outdoor lounges, great pool... perfect
It is easy to tell why this Hotel got 5 stars. It is a very beautiful spot and lots of outdoor water activities to do. The food is very good but food and beverage is very expensive which is to be expected from such a magnificent place. The rooms were very clean.
Beautiful waterfront views. Well heated, somewhat small indoor pool. Tennis courts, small children's outdoor playground, bikes available, water activities (canoes, paddle boats, kayaks) all inclusive. Suites are spacious and staff was pleasant. Overall great value.
My wife and I stayed at the Chateau Vaudreuil for a quick two day trip to Montreal. The location is ideal and beautiful. It is located on the Lake of Two Mountains at the west end of the island of Montreal. We had our wedding reception there thirty years ago and wanted to visit again while in the area. We were shocked at how the property had been significantly upgraded and beautified over the years. While the hotel was essentially the same (with renovations over the years) the property changes were stunning. There is a small beach with a dock and all the assorted water toys. There are spectacular fountains in the lake just off the shore from the hotel. The grounds are absolutely suitable for weddings and special events. There were several large tents (like Cirque de…
I have to say with Happiness that, this is one of the review that I like to share because all in this Hotel was Fabulous, the customer services skills of the Hotel staff was great, with special Thanks to Milan at the front desk, who was very kind and pleased to support our requests during our stay. The cleanliness of the Hotel is outstanding and last but not least, the beauty of the Hotel's areas are amazing, that is why we will recommend the Château Vaudreuil Hôtel & Suites to all our family and friends. Thanks.
Being from Montreal, I had wanted to treat myself to this hotel for a while. Upon arrival I asked for a room without carpet and the nice gentleman at the front desk gave me a beautiful room without any carpet in the small living room. It was a lovely suite which was clean and modern. The bathrobe and large bath tub were nice added features. The room service was also delicious and Gabriel went above and beyond by being courteous and suggesting different meals when I called. You must try the pistachio tiramisu! I also had a view overlooking the water, which was very peaceful. The whole experience was delightful and I will definitely be back.
Located around 20 minutes to downtown Montreal this hotel is right for you if you enjoy relaxed and classical theme hotels. For myself I stayed for a couple of nights an moved closer to downtown Montreal for the rest of vacation since there was nothing to do near the hotel and the rooms require renovation. Overall it is an excellent hotel with very professional staff .
I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel! Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or somewhere to stay overnight to separate a long drive (which is what I did) then this hotel is for you! There is a beautiful pool, a small beach (with beach chairs and towels), lake activities (canoeing, etc.), a gym, stunning views, a delicious restaurant, and the nicest staff! The room I stayed in was practically the size of the condo I live in! The bed and sheets are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, along with an extremely comfortable bath robe! I LOVE this hotel, didn’t want to leave, and will definitely be back! Worth every penny! Considering what the hotel offers, the price is right!
We had a nice overnight stay her last weekend. Room 510 had a balcony facing the LAke So does 507 and 508. Little table and chairs to sit and relax. Lovely little beach. U can borrow paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, etc for free.. Tennis courts and indoor pool and hot tub. Nice restaurant on the water too. We had dinner outside on the patio. Guitar player also in the bar on a Sunday night. Am sure that changes thou.. Asked for an early checkin and we got it.. Thanks for that. Was a bit diaapointed with the food and service but the rest of the staff made up for it..
David gave us the most magical evening tonight. His charm and service went above and beyond. You can tell that he really loves his job. The plates came out very beautiful and in record time. The new menu is classy and original. He made sure we had everything we needed before we even knew what happened. Thank you David and thank you Château Vaudreuil for always making the best of our experience here!
