I have always stayed in Morongo. I am one of the regular players and boks my self c/o their VIP group. All the years they have great personnel..courteous, helpful and friendly..what every casino player hopes to talk and meet. Lately however, they have new people, hosts and whatever who makes you feel like they are just reciting their speech. No...

We having staying here several times over the last few years. We come mainly for the pool and lazy river. Don't stay in the main hotel the rooms are smokey and small. Stay in one of the Casitas. These are suites located outside by the pool area. We have a 2 year old and this works out great. The casitas...

I stayed here for two nights comped. I checked in on Sunday and checked out on Tuesday. The room itself was very nice. My room was the first room after getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor. My room only had a shower which was fine for me but if you prefer a bathtub you might want to inquire...

We visited the Morongo Casino in July 2013 with my family and friends. This is our 3rd visit to the Morongo, and each visit has been wonderful. The resort is located right off the 10 freeway, just west of Palm Springs. It's hard to miss, it's the tallest tower right in the middle of the desert. The property is well...

The casino, our room and pool area was great! The kids enjoyed it a lot and it was really fun with a live band playing in the pool area. The only problem was the staff. Everywhere we went from the bars, restaurants and pool, the staff was rude. The only restaurant we went to that had great service was at...

I looked at many hotels and we decided to stay at this hotel due to the extra pool amenities. The hotel overall is very nice, the rooms are awesome but the only thing I didn't care for was that the pool was freezing cold! I would have like to enjoy it a little more! The casino was great since we...

I spent my money on the luxury room and all it had to offer. Gorgeous mountain view, nice soft queen beds, internet access, big flat screen TV, room service. The modernized bath made me not want to leave. I was in Love with a room. When we left, we headed up to Big Bear.

Overall, I would probably not recommend this place. Things that were good: closer to LA than Vegas, great food (at cielo and the pool), the lazy river and the room. Things that were bad: very little beer variety, no free drinks if you are gambling, the casino was so crowded (sat night) that we had trouble finding tables to play...

We have stayed here many times and always have a good experience. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Good service, friendly staff. Love the Lazy River and pool area with good pool service for drinks and food. A variety of dining choices are available at the resort.

We selected the Morongo for an early July getaway due to the casitas - one bedroom suites each with a private plunge pool. We had a great experience - the employees are all spectacular and very friendly. Service was impeccable and frankly better than what we've experienced at 5 star resorts in Vegas. Everyone was very friendly! The internet is...
