We visited my sister-in-law in San Jose again staying at the Bristol hotel like we did last April. Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Had an executive king suite this time and it was roomy but didn't seem like any more than the standard king we had in April. Hotel has an old world European feel to it with lots... More

Have always had problems finding a nice hotel near my office in Milpitas. So I decided to expand my search a littler farther away from the city. This was only 20 minutes away and was a great find. Beautiful large ceiling rooms, we appointed with a European flair. Hallway and lobby are beautify with chandeliers, painting, etc. Not a boring... More

Zal welcomed us as we entered the hotel. He was friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean with marble tile. Everything was great. Would stay there again.

We loved stepping into our room with chandeliers in every room and a full marble bathroom with a spacious double sink. It was like checking in to a room in England. The room had more space than we needed and the area was very quiet...which we always appreciate. Our daughter lives nearby but we had not found a place we... More

My review is lengthy, but I hope will be useful. My husband and I were in town overnight for a nearby Saturday noontime birthday celebration. Reserved an "executive suite" at this hotel in advance, based on very good ratings to price ratio. This facility was in fact a very good value, although I do agree that the public decor is... More

Never stayed in a boutique hotel. This one is incredible in all aspects. The decor, room, room size, amenities, breakfast...All great. Location is easy access and safe...in a suburban area but not crowded.

We arrived here for our first hotel of a 3 week fly drive and found that apparently the room had been booked incorrectly through booking.com and instead of 2 doubles it was just 1 double. Zal at the desk sorted this and gave us a suite which was nice. The room clean and spacious. The beds were nice and breakfast... More

We had a very rude interaction when we arrived. The night manager was feisty when I suggested that my family of four needs 2 double beds. Apparently it was "not his fault" that I had booked a king suite. He tried to convince me that they were all booked for the night. It wasn't until I showed him my double... More

We have stayed at several places in Los Gatos in the past, and not one was as nice as the Bristol. The public areas are elegant, the rooms are large, the entire place is clean, and the breakfast is a full breakfast.

The rooms are very large. However, the décor is very outdated throughout the hotel. The large statues and paintings are very overdone and cheap looking. The room rate is very affordable. Freeway friendly, near Los Gatos. Breakfast is included. I didn't eat breakfast but my husband told me that it was average. However, nice that they include one with price... More
