This hotel is great for its price in this area. It has wifi (a little spotty but the staff will help you resolve that). It has complimentary breakfast to help you get on with your day quicker. It has vending machines for snacks and drinks and a couple of other things. The decor is a bit kitschy but honestly that... More

Rooms were reasonably nice and located close enough to Los Gatos to meet my needs. Entry is long and deep so when you first walk in you wonder if you're at the right place. Decor is weird, seemed kinda like they went looking and found a sale on statues so they scattered a few around. Breakfast was OK.

The Bristol has it, too. It's an actual hotel (not a strip motel) set in a semi-residential neighborhood. Easy to find, great freeway access -- but out of earshot. Enormous rooms, and marble everywhere -- along with faux portraits and large statue nudes in the hallways. Breakfast is included -- almost European-style, not the styrofoam-cup-and-plate with-cold-eggs-and-plastic-danish that are standard at... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The large marble bathroom was my favorite feature -- so classic and elegant. The overall decor of the hotel is over-the-top baroque -- chandeliers, lots of gilding, huge copies of famous paintings. A little dated, but fun. Breakfast was quite good: eggs and a different meat each... More

I need to start off by saying this is not a Clarion. It hasn't been for 5 years. That doesn't matter because it is a wonderful place to stay. When checking in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is decorated a lot like a fancy European hotel. The décor is not like your average hotel. The... More

The room was very clean, spacious: it had all the amenities I needed. The location was also very convenient, close to all the things I needed. The person at the front desk, Zal, was very helpful and very friendly. The free breakfast had a good variety of decent food.

My wife and I stayed here for two days and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the Hotel. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and the breakfast they prepared was excellent. The scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and pancakes were all fresh and made by the staff, nothing out of a box or frozen. The... What a beautiful place to stay in the Campbell/Los Gatos area of CA. Old world charm in decor, immaculately maintained, with outstanding staff. Although we only had one overnight here, it was so delightful. The hot breakfast on Sunday morning was outstanding in offering, taste, choice, and presentation--all served in a lovely atmosphere. Such great value! There is no question... More

Have stayed at the Bristol before while visiting relatives in San Jose. The hotel is very convenient to where I need to be in the area. The room large clean and comfortable. This is a small hotel and the staff is very friendly. There is a free buffet breakfast. It is ok. Fairly standard hotel fare. Would recommend this hotel... More
