It's one of the most incredible entry to the hotel i've experienced in the last 5 years. A well designed and thought out layout whilst keeping the local charm for a hotel. The staffs for the hotel are attentive and knowledgable. However the menu at the restaurant were a real let down. My friends came to join me for an...

Aman in Paro has beautifully designed rooms, exclusive location and as usual excellent Aman service. Aman in Paro is ideal for those seeking privacy and exclusivity and demanding the distinguished service of the Aman hotels.

Bhutan is an amazing and enlightening country. Pictures cannot do justice to the peacefulness the surrounding offer, the sound, the smell and the smiling faces. Our trip was 100% planned by our travel agent with Amankora group. Paro is our first stop. We were greeted by our guide Pema and his two teammates at the airport, they will travel with...

The setting, the room, the food and most importantly the staff are all outstanding. All the little touches made this a memorable experience and one that only a few hotels in the world manage. The best part is how attentive the team at Aman Kora is to every part of your stay.

First, this review is for all the lodges of Amankora, not just Paro. We traveled with Amankora in early October 2016. This was our third trip to Bhutan with Aman. It was yet another wonderful journey. Each lodge's staff treated us well, catering to our wishes and accommodating our requests. Our Guide, Penjor, was very knowledgeable and most helpful. He...

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay here this time as I was traveling with a photo group. But I made it a point to stop here for shopping and dinner. They have the best souvenir shop in Bhutan - high-end stuff but really unique and high quality. Dinner was the best meal I had in my 2 weeks in Bhutan....

This was the first of the five Amankora lodges that we stayed at during our 11-day "Amankora Journey" tour in Bhutan. While it was the largest of the five, with 24 total rooms, it did not feel that way, thanks to the layout of the property. The Paro lodge is located away from the city center and is in a...
