I and my bf arrived to Hilton Niseko Village at 15:20, there were crowd of people in the lobby. Loads of luggages were messy at the front door. We queued up for check-in for about 10 mins. When I check-in, I gave her my booking confirmation print out, but she said cannot find my reservation. She then asked other staff,...

Stay here for 1st time skiing, overall it was a good experience with a few notes for the Hotel about the staff,i.e: 1. Seems a lot of new staff on board that do not know the Hotel Policy, which take a while to get some information 2. HHonors counter though it was not specified but the queing line for lr...

Great location, ski in/out with in-hotel ski valet. Everything works so well. Friendly and helpful staff. Average accommodation and food but the powder makes of for any shortcomings making this an excellent vacation overall.

This was my second time at the Hilton Niseko Village - the last being 5 years ago - not so much out of choice but because it's the better of only two options of you want 'ski-in/ski-out' in Niseko. I'll start with the positive. The staff are generally excellent. They go out of their way to help. I want to...

This is our third stay in Hilton Niseko Village. We were initially attracted by the ski-in, ski-out facilities here. We later returned regularly due to the inimitable hospitality and atmosphere here. Transfers from Chitose Airport to the hotel via various bus or van or taxi charters have proven seamless each time. There is regular free hotel bus to Hirafu Town...

One of the best hotels in terms of quality and helpfulness of the staff, very International and best of all great ski in ski out expierence. After our 3rd year there, many of the staff still remembered my name and details from last stay. A pleasent suprise. Their affiliation with the NV ski school makes things extremely easy. Each trip...

Spend 3 Days with family of 5. Hotel link to ski gondola, literally 3 min from room to ski. Good for us beginners as they have plenty of easy slopes. Enjoyed onsen on first floor, can go in anytime. Overall very enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay over 8 days in a Twin Deluxe Family Mt Yotei room in this 5-star hotel. Friendly and professional staff throughout the property. Check-in may be slow if there are several guests in front of you. Our room of 26 sq metres had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. It was very comfortable, with a King...

Stayed in Hilton Niseko during the Christmas/New Year break and it was very well run despite it being fully occupied. Location is perfect but price is way too expensive. Good range of restaurants and service is top notched. There was quite a bit of confusion during departure due to lack of information by the various service providers operating for airport...

We just returned from an 8 day stay at Hilton Niseko Village. Talk about post-holiday blues. The Hilton Niseko Village was a perfect place for a ski vacation as everything is so convenient. The ski rental and school is located right beside the hotel. The hotel ski valet will check-in/check-out your boots and skis/snowboards every day so you dont have...
