Hotel location is great. Views are great. Service is good throughout (except for our small encounter at restaurant). I was been acknowledged as a gold member. And we were thankful that the hotel was able to provide the early check in for us despite receiving an email from them that our room will not be ready by check in time....

We enjoyed the skiing and particularly the convenience of ski in and ski out. But the hotel service was absolutely substandard. We understand the supply and demand theory of the determination of expensive price tag during the ski season. However when Hilton is happy to charge for high price, it is responsible for maintaining the service standard which we could...

Dear valued guests. Thank you for choosing to stay with the Hilton Niseko Village and sharing your feedback on Tripadvisor.com. I am pleased to hear that you have enjoyed the convenience of our ski-in ski-out. However, obviously we could not meet your expectations in areas of service and food quality. It is unacceptable that the food at the flame was...

Ski In Ski Out and Hot spring bath after skiing are the major reasons for our family to choose this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. Buffet dinner is good, in particular, for teenagers or adult if quantity is important after skiing. If you love varieties in dinner, you do not need to pick the meal plan option. Niseko Village next...

Niseko has really a beautiful surrounding, during the day trees were naturally ordered, at night the lights gave a wonderful nuance to the landscape. The hotel staffs were quite helpful. The receptionist was full of initiatives taking care of our luggage when most of the hotel staff were busy. The hotel manager was quite hospitable and cared for our needs.

Traveled as family with 2A & 2C and stayed in Hilton Niseko Village for 3 nights. Below are some pros and cons:- 1. A real ski in ski out hotel. The ski rental shop is just right opposite to hotel under the gondola base. You can get the varieties of ski/snowboard, ski jacket/pants and boots there. Love the ski valet...

Nice hotel with good facilities for skiing. Modern reception and public areas Room is very old fashioned and tired. Not many power sockets conveniently available. Rooms were a good size, by Japanese standards. Onsen was really good including the outside section which was even better whilst it was snowing. The whole hotel was very clean. Came here to check out their facility had a latte at their Flame lounge while waiting for taxi latte taste good and with strong flavor but don't come cheap at 605 yen. We sat by a huge fireplace which is the centerpiece of their facility. The place is crowded and prob not ideal for Ibsen but more suitable for ski.
