My son and I stayed at the Hilton while on a bicycle tour of Hokkaido. We arrived on a hot day. And from Niseko town up the hill is quite a climb, so at check- in we were dripping with sweat. We were early and our room was not ready, so they graciously took our bags, gave us towels and...

Thank you for choosing Hilton Niseko Village for your recent ski holiday and taking the time to share your experience through Tripadvisor. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the stay and the convenience of our Ski Valet facility and I appreciate your kind words about our outdoor Onsen. Located on the southern slopes of the world-famous Niseko Annupuri Mountain,...

Although it is an old hotel, quite clean and well maintained. However, the onsen is comparatively worse than the one next door at Green Leaf since I stayed in both before. But convenience-wise, Hilton is nuch better esp when it comes to access to lift chairs and restaurants. Many restaurants in the hotel and right next to the hotels, a...

Thank you for choosing Hilton Niseko Village for your recent visit to Niseko and taking the time to share your experience on Tripadvisor. Please note there are several shuttles that operate from the resort provided by Niseko United and Hilton Niseko Village. I am sorry if this was not your experience on this occasion. The trip was a girls trip to ski the powder in Japan. The hotel is very isolated from everything - if you are staying there and skiing you have to take a shuttle to get to Annupuri which is where you are going to want to go for dinner, and to ski if the wind is up and the Niseko...

The rooms are really dated, but we didn't spend much time in our rooms so it was sufficient. Also, we had a fantastic snowcapped view of the mountain, so no complaints. If you're into skiing/boarding, you'll be happy to be right at the foot of the mountain. But the highlight really is the indoor/outdoor onsen. We were there in December,...

A few years ago when I stayed in Hilton Niseko, I felt that it was a wonderful experience in terms of level of personalized service and quality of the furnishings and well maintained facilities. When I am back this time, the hotel feels different, it was very packed and hotel looks a bit dated and tired. The onsen experience was...

Thank you for choosing Hilton Niseko Village for your recent ski holiday and taking the time to share your experience through Tripadvisor. Chose the Hilton because I am a member of their reward programme. Service was good, room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view over mount Yotei. A lot of Chinese tourgroups which makes the lobby sometimes a bit hectic. Breakfast was fine, but the international dishes outnumbered the Japanese ones. Staff friendly and spoke English well, but being Hilton...

This place is pretty ideally located if you're going to spend 99% of your time on the slopes or in an outdoor onsen. For those looking to ski a bit and take in the beautiful wintry north, this is probably too expensive for a casual stay. The hotel itself is nice enough, though the rooms felt dated. The restaurants are...

Too hot! An engineer came and did something, but changed anything! Although even chilly at lobby and restaurant, the temperature and humidity in the room was unbearable. I don't understand what was the problem, but just gave up and enjoyed the outdoor activity instead.

Spent 2 nights with my family. The good: staff tries hard to please, restaurants are good, room had fantastic view. The not so good: lobby bar closes at 5pm, rooms are dated and need renovation, bathroom extremely small (trash bin size of a mouse trap), seems not enough staff in the facilities.
