Onsen is natural and non-filtered, constantly adding new water. The water has rare minerals good for healing skin and it smells great. Outdoor bath surrounded by pine trees and tranquil... Perfect! Room basic , with tatami, clean but found a thick black hair on the bed... Food tastes great, but didn't like fatty duck liver... In Hokkaido we much prefer... More

Located near the lodge we were staying at in Annupuri. We were advised by workers at our lodge to purchase the 3 onsen pass from the counter as it is great value which we did. The second time we visited there was a problem with heating of the outdoor bath. Don't forget to bring a regular towel as well as... More

The hotel is nicely located (Very near the annupuri ski area). Our room is Tatami style is comfortable, simple and clean, located in 3rd floor! And our booking included the breakfast is traditional Japanese breakfast (felling special) and the Dinner is also traditional Japanese dinner (hight quality of japanese food and very good service). Good price, good place (super near... More

I have just visited the onset, so can't comment of the hotel rooms etc. Public can also go to the onsen, and you can get towels etc at the check in. I don't think it is a particularly flash onsen, but I think it has a lovely atmosphere. Especially the outside area which is covered in snow and surrounded by... More

Love that the room is very clean and without dust. Love that no matter how cold the outside is, inside the hotel is very warm and comfy. Love that... More

We came here after skiing at Annupuri and was a little apprehensive when we arrived. The hotel looks a little outdated. But we also noticed that many day trippers were arriving with their bath towels so we decided to give it a go. It is a correct decision. We love the outdoor onsen. The interior may be a little outdated,... More

Arrived at the hotel, last bus stop on the route so we had been around all the other hotels first. Nobody on the desk, had to look up the hotel phone number on the internet and call it before someone would come and help us. Drinks machines are seriously overpriced. My children were excited to go to the games centre.... More
