We were there from 14 – 17th December 2017. As it was our first time there in Niseko, we first contacted Green Leaf Niseko in January 2017 about the ideal week to stay in December. They recommended 2 or 3rd week for best snow condition....More

The hotel is a little isolated but there is a free shuttle bus. There isn't that much around the "niseko Village" either. The staff is very good on arrival, carrying bags and all (don't expect anything when leaving). Welcome staff is good with english, so...More

room is ok size. service is good. ski access is good. bfast was ok, not much selection. theres shuttle to town and nearby station. weather was great when we were there, cant complain. need to be considered when u wanna go to niseko.

Yes ski lessons are readily available. Be at the ski school by 930am latest as you need to do fitting of your gears and suits. For beginners the slopes are just beside the hotel. Literally ski in ski out. My family of 4 are... More

Green leaf can arrange English languages lessons, with mainly australian and new zealand coaches. My cousins took lessons from them and there was no language problems. The bus schedule can be found here: green leaf niseko... More
