What a gem in the heart of beautiful countryside! Pearl was an absolute dream hostess! We were looked after so well and she couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. Home made scones, brown bread and jam; an outdoor tennis court and crazy golf kept our girls entertained; the walk down the country lanes through their land fantastic also. Pearl...

Good facilities within both the ensuite bedrooms and the downstairs living and dining rooms. Cleanliness was a hallmark throughout this spacious home. Added value can be gained by using the splendid modern tennis court, an 18-hole crazy golf course, the games room, preferential access to the Lake Walk and the provision of a boat (to view the land from the...

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Pearl and Wilson were raised in the area and know area families. They connected us is 3 Montgomery families. We FOUND Montgomery roots, in fact a distant cousin is farming some of the same land. The B&B food is superb and the room spotless and bed comfortable! Arches is...

First of all - this place is centrally located in Ireland, making it the perfect base for those intending to explore disparate parts of the country. Most importantly, though, it's wonderfully welcoming and cozy. This is a small thing, but the shower in our room was wonderfully indulgent. There are TENNIS COURTS!! Even though we spent only two days at...

Together with my fishing buddy, we concluded this is the best B&B for our annual fishing holiday; We have come to Ireland for over 20 years and this place has it all: tackle and clothing drying room, a huge amount of up to date info on lakes and the necessary local connections. Superb food, quality and quantity! Very clean and...

Both Pearl and Wilson were welcoming, friendly, attentative and very accommodating. They made every attempt to make us feel welcome. We recieved coffee and home made scones on arrival. However we felt we were in a time warp with everything very dated. There appears have been an issue with wifi as we could not access any. The room was quite small...

The Arches is a gorgeous place. It is immaculate and very pretty. Our room was lovely - large and well appointed. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, and gracious. This was by far the best B&B of our trip. I highly recommend it.

Just got back from a 2 night stay in the Arches. The accommodation is very comfortable and cosy. The bedrooms are very large and exceptionally clean with en suite facilities and stunning views from the bedrooms. The gardens around the house are very well kept by the family. We had endless supplies of tea and homemade cakes and the breakfast...

We were met (quite late at night) with a pot of tea and homemade scones. The breakfast next morning was cooked to perfection by the excellent host, Pearl. Homemade jams and marmalade included. Pick your own time, and take as long as you want! The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable with free WiFi and Flat screen TV. Views from...

We were treated to an excellent breakfast with many hot and cold choices. The bread and jams were homemade and we enjoyed fresh eggs from their farm. Cozy room decorated in a country style with private bath; kettle and tea things in the room. There is a sitting room for guests. Could enjoy privacy but owners very open to conversation...
